Lisa Konovalchuk

With a background in Sociology at both Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the Ukrainian Humanitarian Lyceum, I've developed a keen interest in understanding social dynamics and human behaviour. My experiences as a volunteer coordinator and a customer service representative have given me vital skills in communication, problem-solving, and team management. These roles have shaped my ability to handle challenging situations and resolving critical incidents in customer services. I am organised, persistent, optimistic, and possess strong people skills. Currently, I am seeking a part-time position that aligns with my university studies and allows me to contribute positively to an organisation while continuing my educational journey.
