Business information: a photo studio specializing in family and individual photo sessions, located in a small town in the USA with a population of about 100,000 people. The main target audience is women aged 25–45, couples, and mothers with children. The market is quite competitive, as there are many local photographers in the town.
Campaign goal: to attract new clients for family photo sessions, fill the booking calendar for the upcoming month, and test a new offer link with a $50 bonus.
… Budget: the total budget was $500, and the duration of the advertising campaign was 14 days.
What was done: several creatives were prepared, including a video ad with behind-the-scenes footage from the studio shoot. Text from the studio owner was used, urging to book a photo session today and receive a $50 discount. Call to action: “Book your session today and save $50!”.
Several audiences were set up: Lookalike 1% based on current clients (uploaded email database), retargeting users who interacted with the studio's Instagram account in the last 60 days, as well as interests: Photography, Family events, Motherhood, Baby showers, Maternity photoshoots.
Campaign type: the main focus was on Traffic to redirect to the studio's landing page with a "Book Now" button. Additionally, a Messages Campaign was tested for messaging in Messenger.
Ad settings: geographically, the campaign covered the town and a radius of 10 miles. Automatic placements were used with a priority on Instagram, optimized for Landing Page Views and Messages.
Results: 132 leads were obtained at a cost of $3.79 each. 18 photo sessions were booked, allowing the studio's calendar to be filled for the next month by 85%. After calculating actual payments, the cost of one booking was $27.77.
Conclusion: thanks to well-developed creatives, carefully set audiences, and an effective Facebook Ads strategy, the studio was able to quickly attract new clients and nearly completely fill the booking schedule while staying within a relatively small budget.

We added search filters by product categories and created a blog with tips on nail care and manicure techniques. The next step was SEO optimization: we prepared content for popular queries in search engines and used local SEO to attract customers from specific regions.
… At the same time, we developed a strategy for social media. We focused on Instagram and Facebook: regularly posting materials about manicure trends, new product launches, and promotional offers. To increase audience engagement, we organized contests and giveaways, as well as showcased real works by masters who used the store's products.
Particular attention was paid to advertising campaigns. We set up targeted advertising for manicure masters and beauty enthusiasts, highlighting separate creatives for home-use products with simple instructions.
