CV
I am an architect focused on precision, functionality, and a structured approach to design.
I have worked on a variety of projects, including a multi‑storey parking facility, a 75‑seat café, a single‑family house, and a student residence. In Denmark, I contributed to the redesign of public urban space and a three‑storey residential building.
I work confidently in Revit, Twinmotion, and Lumion, and I am expanding my skills in 3ds Max. I am currently seeking an opportunity to join a team where I can apply my abilities, engage in real project workflows, and contribute to creating well‑designed, comfortable spaces.

Residential complex
Architectural DesignThe project was aimed at rethinking the existing public space, which was used irregularly and had limited recreational qualities. The analysis showed that a weak spatial structure, insufficient activity during certain hours, and a lack of clear functional zones create conditions for undesirable behavior and reduce the sense of safety. The goal became to transform the area into a more inclusive, active, and safe urban space that supports the cultural functions of the neighborhood and promotes urban life development.
Work on the project included a detailed analysis of the historical structure, existing buildings, local plan, and connections between key spaces. Based on the analysis, a concept was developed that provides for the creation of a continuous pedestrian route, activated public zones, places for relaxation, and new residential development. The concept integrates cultural functions, landscape, historical identity, and modern needs, forming a flexible, vibrant, and safe urban space.

Dormitory project
Architectural DesignThe project offers a modular system of student housing based on repurposed shipping containers. Each container is transformed into a compact, fully functional living unit specifically designed for temporary student accommodation. The modules are manufactured off-site and delivered ready for installation, significantly reducing construction time and minimizing disruption on-site.
The concept follows a simple spatial logic: individual containers form autonomous living modules, and multiple modules can be combined to create larger residential clusters. This modular approach allows for easy expansion, reorganization, or relocation of the housing complex depending on the city's needs.
… A key advantage of the system is its reversibility. The structures are not intended for permanent development but serve as flexible urban infrastructure. When the demand for housing changes, the containers can be dismantled, transported, and used elsewhere. This approach supports sustainable urban development by reducing material waste and extending the lifecycle of building components.
As a result, the project offers a fast, adaptive, and environmentally responsible solution for providing temporary student housing.

Parking for 200 cars
Architectural DesignThis project involves the construction of a large garage designed for 200 cars. Inside the building, there will be not only parking spaces but also special areas for repairs, maintenance, car washing, and tool storage. The space is organized so that cars can easily enter, exit, and move around inside without congestion and dangerous situations. The area around the building is also well thought out: there are convenient access roads, maneuvering spaces, and landscaped areas.
The garage includes separate rooms for workers, administration, and visitors, making it a full-service center. All zones are logically and conveniently located: repair areas are next to each other, storage rooms are near workstations, and the car wash is in a remote part to avoid interfering with the main flow. The project is designed to ensure safety, comfort, and efficient operation for both staff and car owners.

Private house
Architectural DesignThis project involves the construction of a two-story residential house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room. The main concept is to create a comfortable, bright, and functional space for a modern family. Large panoramic windows provide maximum natural light and a visual connection with the surrounding environment.
The architectural solution combines simplicity of forms, the aesthetics of modern minimalism, and energy efficiency. The layout promotes the rational use of space, ensuring the convenience of the residents. All rooms meet modern requirements for ecology and energy conservation.

Café for 75 seats
Architectural DesignThe project involves the construction of a two-story café with 75 seats. The establishment will be located in a convenient location and will operate daily, catering to the needs of various categories of visitors. The core concept is a combination of modern stylish design, natural greenery, and a high level of service.
The main focus of the space is a round dining hall, designed in a modern classic style using black marble. The center of the hall is accentuated with exquisite decorative elements that create an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. A significant amount of greenery – live plants in niches, pots, and vertical gardens – forms a sense of naturalness and coziness.
The café will offer a wide range of dishes from European and Ukrainian cuisine. The space allows for the hosting of festive events, banquets, and corporate gatherings, making the establishment a versatile place for relaxation and meetings. The total area of the premises is 470 m2, which allows for the organization of functional zones for different formats of guest stays.
