I have worked successfully with Maxim earlier, but given the circumstances, I do not hesitate to write a detailed review of the cooperation.Let’s start with the fact that Maxime himself proposed his candidacy.Maxim asked if I had no project, showed interest in the work.Given that before this cooperation was quite successful on the project with a complex self-writing engine, where Max showed himself perfectly, he pleased to give the project.Started for health - clearly discussed the details of the project, deadlines, amounts.After that, something completely incomprehensible begins.The executive began to feed breakfast, "for a little bit, very soon, I'm already downloading the project to the server" and so for 4 days.Furthermore, it turned out that there were some difficulties with the host, the mol, the host removed all the backs, etc.The case was before the weekend, so, having previously agreed with the customer, I gave a delay to 08.03, and Maxim himself called to give up the project even earlier, 07.03. It is said - done, no specifics I received either 07.03, or 08.03, or 09.03, or today.At the same time, it is completely unclear in what state the project, whether anybody worked with it at all.Maxim behaves as if there was a couple of little things left, but he systematically breaks his own deadlines without fulfilling the promised.A letter of 40 minutes ago he called Maxim - he took the tube and was warned that the project would be closed if in a half hour I will not see any movement.Maxime promised that he would now sign up to Wiber - no message I saw, silence.Continuing cooperation I see no sense, only a lot of foot on the ears.I fully admit that you can collaborate with Maxim on small projects, but on big ones - don't waste your time.I add the screens of the letter below:
