    The client reached out with the need to reduce the sales cost and increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in Google Ads. At the beginning of the collaboration, the average transaction price was 230 UAH, and the ROAS was at the level of 300–400%.

    My actions:

    I readjusted the advertising campaigns considering the business priorities.

    I created detailed segmentation of products by categories and themes.

    I set up separate special audiences for different product groups:

    Psychology

    Sales and marketing

    and other areas.

    Results after just 1 week:

    ROAS increased from 300–400% to 1487%.
