Why is it important to drink enough water every day
Articles & Blog PostsMany people underestimate the importance of water for health. In fact, water is the foundation of our life, and its regular consumption directly affects well-being, energy levels, and even appearance.
The human body is composed of approximately 60–70% water. Each cell requires an adequate amount of fluid to function properly. Water helps to remove toxins, improves digestion, regulates body temperature, and lubricates joints.
… Insufficient water intake can lead to fatigue, headaches, dry skin, and decreased concentration. It is especially important to drink water in summer, during physical activity, or when ill.
The recommended amount is about 1.5–2 liters of water per day, but needs may vary depending on age, lifestyle, and climate.
Make water your habit: carry a bottle with you, set reminders on your phone, or start each morning with a glass of water. Your body will definitely say "thank you."
