      About the project:
      Take Auto — a company that deals with importing cars from the USA and Europe. We started with the client literally from scratch: at the beginning, there wasn't even an Instagram page. It was difficult, but these are the challenges I love.

      Main tasks:
      ✓ Launch the first advertising campaigns for a completely new business
      ✓ Maximize the use of available tools (without a website and the ability to communicate in Direct)
      ✓ Gather the maximum number of leads for the sales department

      Pitfalls:
      - The business was at the start without a website — we had no way to collect traffic to a landing page.
      - Lack of communication in Direct: the client physically couldn't respond, so we lost another channel for collecting applications.
      - Zero presence on social media — we had to not only launch ads but also build the page from scratch simultaneously.
      - It was important to quickly test audiences and creatives to eliminate ineffective ones and not "waste" the budget unnecessarily.

      What has been done:
      I completely built the funnel from scratch. First, I helped set up the Instagram page and provided recommendations on how to manage it so that it not only represented the business but also effectively converted visitors into applications. Next, I focused on advertising campaigns: I tested different audiences, creatives, and approaches to presenting the offer to find the most effective connections. Since the website was still in development, I relied on lead forms that allowed us to collect contacts directly. Simultaneously, I drove traffic to the page to gather the first subscribers and create a trust base.

      Results:
      * 1004 applications in 2 months at an average cost of $1.39
      * Advertising budget for applications — $1,394
      * Additionally attracted 1,940 subscribers to the new page at a cost of $610 (cost per subscriber — $0.30)
      * As a result, the sales department was fully loaded with work from the first weeks of the launch

      This case shows that even from scratch — without a website, without a ready profile, and without Direct communication — it is possible to build a functioning funnel that generates quality leads and immediately brings results to the business.

      What I Did:
      * Conducted an analysis of target audiences (military, drivers, outdoor enthusiasts)
      * Launched multi-level campaigns: traffic + remarketing
      * Optimized ads for "purchase" events through the pixel, as previously the client sold directly
      * Constantly tested new creatives
      * Scaled the most effective campaigns
      * Helped the client significantly grow in the offline direction → opened 2 new stores during our collaboration

      I started with a detailed analysis of the target audience, identifying several key segments: military, drivers, and outdoor enthusiasts. After that, I launched a multi-level advertising system — a combination of cold traffic campaigns and remarketing.
      Step by step, I scaled the most effective campaigns, which not only significantly increased the number of online orders but also helped the client develop the offline direction. During our collaboration, the business grew so much that two new stores were opened.

      Case Lab — an accessory store for Apple devices. Before our collaboration, the client had worked with other targeting specialists but only received "raw" and non-liquid leads that hardly converted into purchases.

      Main tasks from the client:
      ✓ Reduce the cost per lead;
      ✓ Increase conversion to purchase;
      ✓ Build a system that brings quality clients, not just a quantity of leads;

      Pitfalls:
      1. High competition in the Apple accessory niche;
      2. The previous cost per lead was around $2;
      3. Issues with the quality of leads from previous specialists — most of them did not become buyers;

      What has been done:
      I restarted the advertising campaigns from scratch: tested different approaches to creatives, focused on the visual aesthetics and practicality of the products. Built a clear funnel, where remarketing was separately processed for those who interacted with the brand. This not only reduced the cost per lead but also significantly increased its conversion.

      Results:
      - Received 2,882 inquiries at $1.38 (previously it was $2);
      - Conversion to purchase increased to 30%;
      - Total advertising expenses amounted to $3,991;
      - Thanks to optimization, the store received not just a quantity of leads, but quality clients who actually buy;

      About the project:
      The company specializes in turnkey car delivery from the USA and Europe.
      We do not disclose the name — the client is under NDA.
      (You know how it is with targetologists: "all clients are under NDA," but here it’s really a big player who cares about confidentiality).

      Before starting the collaboration, the company opened two new offices and simply did not have enough leads to keep the managers busy.

      Main tasks:
      ✓ Double the number of leads without increasing the cost per application above $2
      ✓ Raise the conversion rate of applications
      ✓ Build a stable customer acquisition system
      ✓ Increase trust in the company through creatives and communication

      Pitfalls:
      1. High competition in the market (many "gray" companies that tarnish the reputation of the entire niche)
      2. Low initial level of trust among clients
      3. Long decision-making cycle
      4. Needed to immediately load two new offices without losing lead quality

      What I did:
      - Conducted market analysis, competitor analysis, target audience analysis, and customer entry points;
      - Built a separate strategy for warm and cold audiences;
      - For warm audiences, launched ads for messages;
      - For cold audiences — quizzes with a survey about the "dream car" (evoked emotion and engagement);
      - Each communication channel had its own separate funnel and clear strategy;
      - Optimized campaigns daily (as the budget reached $500/day);
      - Worked on updating creatives to avoid audience burnout;
      - Built communication around trust, savings, and quality turnkey service;

      Results:

      * Duration of collaboration: 6 months (at the time of writing the case — we have already been working for 1 year)
      * Initial budget: $4,800/month
      * Budget in the 6th month: $12,600/month
      * Total number of leads (over 6 months): 7,743
