The tattoo studio offers tattooing services, covering up failed tattoos, and laser tattoo removal. The salon employs both highly experienced artists and less experienced ones. In Poland, not only Instagram but also Facebook are actively used. Therefore, before launching the test advertising, an audit of the pages was conducted and suggestions were made on how to improve them. It turned out that fake followers were previously used on the pages. This slightly complicated setting up the advertising for the LAL audience. Therefore, the test of this part was postponed for later. Next, after analyzing, it was determined that the main audience of clients is men aged 35 and older. But there is a separate female artist who works with a female audience. Competitor analysis was conducted through the Facebook ad library and the pages of competitors named by the studio owner. It was determined what competitors use in their advertising campaigns. After that, tests began. Tests were conducted on different goals of advertising campaigns on both Instagram and Facebook. Also, different interests of the target audience, such as tattoos and motorcycles, rock, etc. were tested. Different types of creatives and texts were tested, such as videos, carousel galleries, photos of artists' works (with text/without text), collages. Also, different responses in messaging. It was determined that the best way to attract potential clients is through targeted traffic with a collage creative and an automatic chat with options for proposed services in responses.
Over 7 months of cooperation, 15,510.91 zlotys (3,700 $) were spent on advertising. The number of Facebook followers increased from 18,000 to 22,000. During this time, about 40,000 targeted clicks on ads were received. Of these, 343 bookings were made for a total amount of 251,150 zlotys (60,000 $). ROI (return on investment) - 1519.18%.
