… Decor shop owners often fear that their products will look cheap online. To avoid this, we made the website design very calm in natural white and green tones. It serves only as a neutral background. In such an environment, ceramic vases, linen tablecloths, and soy candles look as expensive as possible.
But the real value of the project lies beneath this beautiful wrapping.
A common problem for such stores is that customers simply get lost among dozens of colors or sizes of a single product. We solved this with thoughtful variations. The client clicks on the desired shade of the cotton blanket on the product page and immediately sees the relevant photo and price. No wandering through categories. It is convenient for the buyer to make a choice, and they are quicker to click the purchase button.
The second major pain point for the owner is the desire to increase the average check without having to call customers and persuade them to buy something else. To address this task, we integrated a dynamic discount system. The store now automatically suggests to the customer to buy more. The person immediately sees the benefit: adding three units instead of one makes the price per item lower. It works like an ideal silent salesperson, significantly boosting wholesale sales.
And finally, logistics. Selling ceramics is scary because it can break, and this frightens customers even before the payment moment. We redesigned the checkout page to completely alleviate these fears. The buyer can instantly choose a convenient branch or parcel locker of Nova Poshta across Ukraine in just a couple of clicks. Right there, we placed clear highlights on secure payment and guarantees of reliable packaging for fragile goods. This reassures the person and helps them easily complete the checkout.
As a result, Green Home operates as a full-fledged digital manager. It consults customers on sizes, offers advantageous discounts, and transparently handles delivery. The owner simply receives ready-paid orders and has time to develop their business.
