I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong multidisciplinary experience in product development, industrial machine design, CFD, DEM simulation, reverse engineering, and 3D scanning. Over the years, I’ve designed and optimized systems across mining, rail, manufacturing, food processing, and vacuum technologies—helping clients improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
My core strength is Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), supported by hands-on knowledge in Solidworks, Fine/Open, ANSYS, and custom simulation workflows. I also specialise in Discrete Element Method (DEM) modelling for bulk materials, pneumatic conveying, vacuum systems, and process equipment—translating complex physics into practical engineering decisions.
Beyond simulation, I bring strong capabilities in:
