GPS Monitoring Engineer (Remote, Part-time / Side Job)
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)1. Skills in GPS monitoring programs "Wialon", "Fort Monitor", "AutoGRAPH";
2. User consultation via phone, working with email, recording inquiries in the accounting system, assisting in identifying user errors when working with the system;
3. Pre-sales setup of GPS trackers, temperature sensors, inclinometers (BiTrek, Teltonika, GarGo, etc.), ensuring the operability of objects in the monitoring system;
4. Diagnostics and repair of GPS trackers and various sensors at the system level (reprogramming, battery replacement);
… 5. Interaction with manufacturers to resolve issues that arise during the operation of equipment;
6. Creation and management of accounts in the systems;
7. Ability to establish cause-and-effect relationships, analyze and systematize the flow of information;
8. Coordination of the work of installers, assistance in promptly resolving equipment issues, monitoring completed work;
9. Testing and initiating the development of new products for existing and potential clients of the company;
10. Experience working in collaboration with other departments of the company;
11. Organization of GPS equipment installations throughout Ukraine, interaction with other equipment integration companies and contractors.
