You could see the calls in real time - the name, gender, which the operator speaks to the customer, as well as the duration of the call in real time. Each day had its own status - pending, being processed - the call ended. You could also see which of the operators makes the most calls and which one talks the longest. Along with the calls, you could see the status of all operators - whether they are active, whether in the call or they are offline and the time to make them today.
