What We Did
1) Campaign Setup & Funnel Choice
• Launched a Meta Lead Form campaign (Facebook/Instagram) to collect contacts directly inside the platform and reduce friction (no website required).
2) Audience Segmentation
• Built targeting around:
• entrepreneurs and business owners,
• professionals with an interest in investing.
• Geo: Germany, taking into account local interests and user behavior patterns.
3) Lead Form Testing
• Created multiple form variations and tested which fields performed better:
• Name + phone
• Name + email
Results (Week 1)
• Generated the first leads on the launch day.
• Cost per lead (CPL): €4.93 to €11.49, depending on the campaign/form variation.
Key Takeaway
Meta Lead Forms are a strong starting point for rapid hypothesis testing and building an initial lead database in a new market.
Next Steps (Optimization Plan)
• Improve and expand lead form variants (different questions/field combinations).
• Launch retargeting for users who clicked or engaged but didn’t submit the form.
• Develop and test more creative variations, with a stronger focus on video content.

Goal: validate whether LinkedIn can be a scalable lead generation channel for a niche B2B offer
What we did
• Ran a LinkedIn Ads test campaign to promote B2B wholesale vanilla in Germany.
• Used carousel ads in German, highlighting 100% natural product and “no additives” positioning.
• Drove traffic directly to LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to remove friction and collect inquiries as easily as possible.
How we worked: targeting and segmentation
We built a strict B2B SMB targeting model and segmented by industry and job roles:

Messaging focus: quality, no additives, natural sourcing — the key values for manufacturers.
What the test showed
For this niche, LinkedIn turned out to be too expensive and low-converting. Despite reaching a professional audience, impressions and clicks did not translate into leads at an acceptable cost.
Conclusion and next steps
Based on the test, we concluded that LinkedIn is not a primary acquisition channel for this offer. We shifted focus to other platforms where the cost of entry is lower and audience response is higher.
Insight: even “perfect” B2B platforms can underperform in specific niches. The key is to test quickly, capture learnings, and adjust strategy without delay.

I worked with Rusfet and Lera (Targeting-Team) on an advertising campaign for a webinar.
