The Bright House
Architectural Design
In this project, our studio preferred the natural color range as well as the contrast combination of colors.The facade is also dissolved with a wooden factory of the facade board.Proposals on the planning of the site and its well-establishment, are developed based on the existing relief and the placement of trees on the site.The house is a linear rectangular shape with a flat roof, divided by height into two volumes, but combined into one structure with the help of vertical elements and the thread of the terrace on the back facade.Such a solution of volume, allowed the most to uncover the view of the area from each living room of the house, forming a bedroom in a reduced volume, the height of which is 3 m.In the volume of the elevated block, whose height is 3.5 m, the kitchen-studio with a subsequent passage to the terrace was placed.All the technical premises were able to be grouped along the western facade.The facade of the house is covered with a thermodus on a ventilated facade and a stumbling, the cylinder is covered with ceramic border plates that emphasize the geometry of the structures.

The design of your apartment is a reflection of your individuality.You know that to understand a person, it is enough to get into his personal space, just come to his home.There are countless options and possibilities around you.But among this varied wire of choice, you choose and realize your personal understanding of the ideal space through which your Individuality sounds and glides!And then your home becomes a wonderful reflection of your soul, your inner world, your unique style.We created this project for a young man who leads a very active and saturated life.His main desire was to create a simple, clean and laconic interior.We gave up all the excess, elegantly leaving on the surface only the most necessary.We forced the space to flow from one zone to another, without clear visual boundaries.But !At the same time, we took care of the “secret” and invisible places – hidden functional zones.The deep shades of the color range and natural materials create a special atmosphere and can tell a lot about the character of the owner of this space!

H-House
Architectural Design
The area of the house is 250 m2. Maximum of space and light is our basic idea! This solution provided a comfortable organization of the residential space. The relief of the site played a major role in the conceptual idea of the image. Natural factors restricted the location of the spots in the house, but we managed to choose a successful location, highlighting the beauty and flexibility of the landscape!
The kitchen-studio space, the entrance area and technical rooms are located at the first level. The planning solution is designed in such a way that the connection between the premises is formed. At the same time, the dining area, the terrace and the pool located on the site were united into one functional group. The terrace has the possibility to be transformed into a completely closed room through the whole glass moving overhead. The bedroom is located on the second floor and turned to the area with a wonderful view of the landscape!

When creating an interior in a private house, we first pay attention to its location: open space, the presence of active green, trees, the view of the water. The interior was formed on the principles of the use of the most natural materials - wood, stone, natural textiles. For customers, the priority was to create a space for life that reflects the modern rhythm, but at the same time filled with an atmosphere of harmony and comfort elements.

The WP House

Our studio has developed an individual cottage project in the suburbs of Dnepr.The focus of attention was two important tasks: on the one hand - to open the surrounding landscape to residents, and on the other - to ensure privacy and the necessary functional connections.It is this first and determined both the internal planning of the house and the composition of volumes.The dominant horizontal theme is supported by widespread crossing, steak, as well as smaller facade elements - lamps and terrace and balcony roofing structures.The planning structure is designed to form a living room, a terrace, a ham and a bed area around the pool, but at the same time get the interiors filled with natural lighting.On the second floor is also a bedroom with the possibility of the outlet directly to the pool and a cabin with a small balcony.All engineering systems are reduced into the coca space.The project of the house involves the ventilation of the rooms by the stretch-output system with air recovery.Reduction of heat losses achieved by the use of energy-saving steel, maximum heating of the building by perimeter, its maximum hermetization, multi-layer thermoisolation.

The countryside house is located in the picturesque suburb of Dnepr, in the surrounding of the macient sauces.
The central feature of the original design of the building is active console wings and intentionally modest color range and factures are designed to mask the house in nature, making emphasis on a vibrant and colorful environment.
… The entire area of the interior is focused on the related areas of the site. The foundation of the design philosophy was the understanding of the interaction of the building structure with the natural environment.

The geometry of space its structure and proportions is the basis that our design emphasizes, highlighting bright accents and features. The contrast of the color palette gives depth and dynamics to the interior. In strict clear lines, laconicity, graphicity and subtlety are manifested. The studio with second light and large windows, as well as natural separation materials allow nature to become an integral part of the interior, filling it with light and environmental paintings.
The main task was to form a comfortable and comfortable interior for a young family. Given all the wishes of the customer, we managed to create an interior that corresponds to their way of life.

BIRGHT HOUSE INTERIOR

Rooms with a view is the main essence of the house, as the residence with panoramic windows is located in a thick grain forest.
Due to snow-white surfaces and huge windows, the rooms in the interior look bright and open. Since the cottage carries the function of a rural house, the main task was to fill the space with warmth and comfort, creating a special relaxing atmosphere.
… Territorially the house is divided into two zones. The eastern part was taken to accommodate bedrooms, and in the west was a living room with a kitchen.
The main preferences were given to light natural materials and a saturated palette of flowers.
