  • Setting up and managing advertising campaigns. Niche - cosmetics

    Contextual Advertising
    The project started on 01.04.24. I immediately began analyzing the website for compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements, gathered recommendations for corrections for the site, as well as for increasing conversion rates. After that, I proceeded to check the settings of the analytics resources, merchant center, and advertising cabinet. Conversion tracking that was missing was set up: clicks on the phone number, email, social networks, and the correctness of the e-commerce setup was verified. Once I was sure everything was working properly, I began analyzing the advertising cabinet. During the verification of conversion settings, it was found that secondary conversion goals "add to cart" and "begin checkout" were made primary, and their value was passed along with the main conversion "purchase"; these conversions were added to the campaign goals, which negatively affected the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns. Next, I moved on to analyzing active and paused campaigns to identify the most successful ones and further build the structure of the advertising cabinet. After checking with the client, it was agreed to suspend low-performing campaigns and launch new ones to increase sales and revenue.

    The goal of the project was to increase sales and overall revenue while maintaining return on investment. The starting budget was 200,000 UAH, with further scaling contingent on positive results.

    During the course of the project, general shopping and performance campaigns for all products and separate branded campaigns were additionally launched. As a result, from 01.04.24 to 18.07.24, with an increase in monthly expenses of about 15-20% from the previous budget, it was possible to increase the number of sales by 109 and total revenue by 1,760,000 UAH, while the return on investment increased by 58% compared to the previous period.
  • How the project returned after 3 agencies and grew by 40% in turnover

    Online store for car audio and accessories
    First collaboration: starting from scratch
    In June 2023, a project began — an online store for car audio and accessories. At the start, the situation was more complicated than it appeared externally.
    After analyzing the account, it became clear:
    - e-commerce was not set up at all;
    - actual sales data was not being transmitted;
    - optimization of advertising campaigns was happening "blindly."
    In other words, the system was operating without the main component — without correct data.

    What was done:
    - a technical task was prepared for setting up e-commerce.
    - after implementation — complete testing of events.
    - the correctness of transaction transmission was checked.
    - product feeds were adjusted.
    Two basic campaigns were launched: Performance Max and standard Shopping.

    We started to move gradually — adding segmentation by price and highlighting the most successful product groups. The project began to grow, but slowly — which is normal for starting from scratch.

    However, by September 2023, the client decided to end the collaboration. Expectations were higher than what the project's development stage allowed.

    Period without me: independent management + 3 agencies
    After the collaboration was terminated, the client:
    Tried to manage advertising independently — for about 3 months, the results began to deteriorate.
    Turned to one agency, then to another, and then to a third.
    Each of them:
    - restructured the account,
    - changed the logic of campaigns,
    - made adjustments in Merchant Center.
    Tea was brewing, the budget was growing, but the improvement in results did not occur, profitability was falling.

    June 2025 — return

    Almost two years later, the client wrote again.
    At the meeting, he honestly said:
    - expectations in 2023 were inflated;
    - it seemed that the project did not receive enough attention;
    - but practice showed that stability is more important than chaotic "restructures."

    We agreed on a restart. And this time there was an opportunity to compare —
    my working period vs the period of 3 agencies.

    Second collaboration: system restoration

    At the start, a complete audit was conducted.
    First steps:
    - campaigns that systematically "sank" results were turned off.
    - those campaigns that provided the best economy were kept as the basis.
    - the budget was redistributed.
    - some campaigns that had started to show promising results back in 2023 were restored.
    - the freed budget was directed to effective areas.

    Simultaneously, we began launching:
    - campaigns for priority categories,
    - campaigns for key brands.

    Each launch went through testing → analysis → scaling.

    Results for the period of the second collaboration compared to the period of agency work:

    - Budget increased by 111,000 UAH
    Total budget — 577,000 UAH

    - Number of sales +10%
    Up to 2,730 orders

    - Turnover +40%
    Up to 3,880,000 UAH
    (+1,270,000 UAH growth)

    - ROAS increased by 113%
    Up to 672%
    The project began to scale systematically again, rather than through constant restructures.

    Force majeure
    In mid-December, a critical situation occurred — Google blocked Merchant Center due to suspicion of misleading.
    Unblocking lasted almost until the beginning of February.
    A large segment of active sales was lost. But the account was fully restored, and work continues.

    Conclusions
    - advertising does not tolerate chaotic restructures.
    - each "new structure from scratch" pushes the system back.
    - data and stability are more important than loud promises of rapid growth.
    And most importantly — sometimes the best indicator of work quality is when the client returns two years after three agencies.
  • Case: scaling an online store of household chemicals to 1000% R

    Project Context
    At the end of April 2025, the owner of an online household chemicals store made a request for scaling.
    At the time of the request:
    - Advertising was running steadily;
    - Sales were present;
    - Profitability was around 900%;
    the budget was not planned to be increased.

    The goal set by the client:
    - To achieve 1000% profitability without increasing the budget.
    This meant the task was not just about growth, but about optimization and internal acceleration of the system.
    We held an online meeting, I conducted a preliminary audit of the advertising account and already at the start saw areas for growth — through the redistribution of focus, not through the injection of additional funds.
    The start of cooperation was on May 1, 2025.

    What was at the start
    The account was not "bad." But:
    - The budget was distributed evenly, without regard to profitability;
    - Some areas consumed the budget without a noticeable impact on the overall result;
    - Promising campaigns did not receive enough attention;
    - There was no clear focus on the most profitable product groups.

    The system was working, but it was not maximally effective.

    First stage — cleaning and restructuring
    In May, we did not chase immediate growth. The focus was on regaining control.
    The following was done:
    - Ineffective areas were turned off;
    - Campaigns with potential were optimized;
    - Audiences were reviewed;
    - The most profitable product groups were highlighted;
    - Separate campaigns were launched for priority categories;
    - New general campaigns with the correct structure were launched.

    In the first month, there was no significant growth, which was logical — we were simultaneously:
    - Stopping weak campaigns;
    - Accelerating new ones.

    But the foundation was laid.
    The first quality growth - starting in June, gradual growth began with the same budget.
    July 2025:
    Turnover — 700,000 UAH
    +50,000 UAH compared to the previous period
    +100 sales
    Profitability maintained

    August 2025:
    Turnover — 870,000 UAH
    ~800 sales
    ROAS — 1000% (client's goal achieved)

    We accomplished the initial task:
    - Achieved the desired profitability without increasing the budget.

    Second stage — scaling
    After stabilizing the indicators, we moved to controlled budget growth.
    At the beginning of autumn:
    - The budget was increased to 80–90 thousand UAH;
    - The system was already handling the load.

    November 2025:
    Expenses — 110,000 UAH
    ~900 sales
    Turnover — 920,000 UAH
    The system is working steadily

    Work through testing
    During the cooperation period, the following was tested:
    - Segmentation by price;
    - Segmentation by brands;
    - Segmentation by categories;
    - Dynamic search campaigns (DSA);
    - Video campaigns;

    The principle was simple:
    - Only those tools that proved profitability are scaled;
    - Everything else is stopped.

    Fixing the result
    After a series of tests, we stabilized the system at the level of:
    Budget — 85,000 UAH
    Turnover — 900,000 UAH
    ROAS — 1058%
    This is already above the initial goal.

    February (seasonal correction period):
    Budget — 93,000 UAH
    Turnover — 928,000 UAH
    ROAS — 995%
    Slight drop within the norm, without systemic risks.

    Summary
    The project shows that:
    - Scaling does not always start with budget growth;
    - Sometimes growth is the right restructuring;
    - 900% ROAS is not the maximum if there is systematic work with the product, margin, and structure.

    We did not look for a "magic button."
    We gradually:
    - Cleared the system;
    - Highlighted priorities;
    - Achieved 1000% profitability;
    And only after that did we start scaling the budget.

    Work on the project continues.

  • Project setup from 0. Equipment store for Horeca establishments

    Contextual Advertising
    Setting up and optimizing Google advertising campaigns. The project started on 22.10.23, without previously configured e-commerce. Therefore, the main task was the correct setup of e-commerce. Since the site was on CMS, the client was offered 2 options for implementation of the setup, a technical specification was formed for the programmer, and additional recommendations for installing the module were provided. After a joint discussion, weighing all the "pros" and "cons," the client decided in favor of installing the e-commerce module. After checking everything and ensuring that everything was working properly, we proceeded to create the structure of the advertising cabinet. Existing campaigns were optimized, and an additional 2 campaigns were launched to increase sales and revenue. Over the 2 months of project management, the following goals were achieved: an increase in the number of sales, achieving a return on investment of 2000% with a cost of 55,000 UAH per month. As a result, with expenses of 99,600 UAH, the number of sales increased by 275, revenue increased by 2,320,000 UAH, and the actual profitability was 2458%. During the work, A/B testing of different ad group objects was conducted to identify the most successful and attractive ones, cleaning of search queries, and testing of various marketing strategies to find the most optimal one, under which the campaigns could yield maximum results.
  • Project management. Online store for irrigation systems

    The project started on 10.04.24. The main task was to increase the number of sales.

    At the beginning of the project, the website was analyzed for compliance with Google requirements, and recommendations were provided to correct deficiencies to prevent blocking. After that, the settings of the analytics resources, merchant center, and advertising cabinet were checked, as well as the tracking of goals in GTM and the correctness of e-commerce operations. Next, I began analyzing the structure of the advertising cabinet and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
    During the check, errors in the campaign settings were identified, and the client was advised to make adjustments to improve effectiveness. It was also agreed with the client to disable ineffective advertising campaigns and launch new ones to increase sales.
    As a result, over three months of project management, with a 50% budget increase compared to the previous period, the number of sales increased by 551, revenue increased by 693,000 UAH, and return on investment increased from 437% to 608%.
  • Setting up Google advertising campaigns. Lingerie store

    Project start date is 16.10.2023, project goals: increase investment profitability from 500% to 700% with advertising expenses of 20,000 UAH. Starting work, began analyzing the advertising account, active and paused campaigns to identify the most successful ones, as well as analyzed goods and categories of goods that sold the best and those on which the budget was spent but did not sell at all. After that, a decision was made to disable campaigns with low efficiency, increase the budget of the best-performing campaigns, analyze search queries in the search campaign, and improve the list of keywords. Built a new structure of the advertising account, launched campaigns to test different categories of goods. As a result, after a month of work, we exceeded the agreed budget, but, in fact, there was an increase in sales and revenue, so the client agreed to increase expenses additionally. After two months of work, advertising expenses amounted to 50,000 UAH, while the number of sales increased by 484, income increased by 268,000 UAH, and the actual return on investment was 935%, exceeding the client's expectations.
