After the first briefing, we learned that a company selling products worth $50,000 - $100,000 has minimal branding, only colors and a logo. We realized that we wouldn't make much progress without proper branding, so the question of creating branding arose!
The client had a marketing strategy in place, and we worked according to it and met the deadlines!
It took us a week to develop and approve the branding. At the same time, we started creating a content plan.
We outlined a detailed Content Plan based on the number of cases and technologies of the company.
One of the main focuses was writing a sales script and communication in written correspondence.
We also developed a Performance Marketing strategy for advertising on social media with all the calculations and social media integration:
- Instagram / Facebook
- Linkedin
The main challenge in working with the client was understanding the niche specificity. It was very difficult to grasp the terms that needed to be demonstrated, as it intersected with chemistry :)
It is important to note that after preparing the advertising strategy, we stopped working with the client due to personal misunderstandings, so there are no figures here.
The website was also redesigned (at the time of writing the case, it is not available for search):
- The website structure was changed
- Data capture windows were added
- Company texts directed at chemical terms were revised to make them more user-friendly
- Engaged a partner for professional translation of the website into English.

- zero sales
- no understanding of where to go and how to act for the business to become profitable

- A website that was broken and had no ability to sell at all!

Social Media Marketing (SMM)What was done: after analyzing competitors, it was concluded that it would not be possible to come up with something new, so the decision was made to work with the main advantages that the company possesses.
The following competitive advantages were formed:

4 target audience segments were created:
01. Parents who have moved abroad and want quality education for their children 35-60+
02. people living in Ukraine, looking for good prospects for their children in the EU 35-60+
03. People living in Kazakhstan, looking for good prospects for their children in the EU 35-60+
04. Students 20-24, who will see our advertisement and ask their parents to familiarize themselves. They can pay themselves or ask their parents.
Goals of advertising campaigns:
Unfortunately, the website is morally outdated, and navigation on it is very complex, and during registration, it is very difficult for a person to understand what exactly needs to be clicked, so we chose the Lead form as a way to collect applications.
During testing, it became clear that there is no point in running ads in the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. Leads are very expensive and do not even answer calls.
The audience in Ukraine, on the other hand, provided cheap and interested leads.
Therefore, the decision was made to focus on it and optimize the results. And then it was necessary to observe how competitors take our advertising campaigns and launch them :)
Throughout the entire period, the following was received:
- 101 applications; 10% - missed calls and another 10% - not interested; the last 80 applications were of good quality.
Summing up, the results of the advertising are as follows:
- Advertising budget - $790
- Number of applications - 101
- Number of sales - 11
- Earned $25,300
- ROAS - 3200%

Social Media Marketing (SMM)At the beginning of our work, the client came with a request for visuals, but did not have an understanding of what exactly he wanted to see. We were supposed to provide him with this understanding.
After the initial briefing, we moved on to creating a detailed Technical Task for the Designer and writing scripts for the shootings.
… Our Technical Task for the designer included immediate and specified additions, as we wanted to make it a carousel; at that time, it was only developing in commercial accounts and everyone was beginning to understand its significance. The visual was completed in 5 days, and afterwards, we started presenting the client with a full initial feed. I think it's not difficult to guess that we made the visual similar to the Renaissance epoch, but the client did not like it, so we simply removed all the elements.
After the feed was approved, we started shooting. It is important to note that the client was shooting completely independently, but the detailed script and clearly defined shooting plan allowed us all to conduct the shootings without any problems.
Overall, during our work, we held two contests and plan to hold several more. From them, we gained 1,500 subscribers and +250 inquiries in Direct Messages.
Since the company and niche are quite specific, we had to change some terms that Instagram prohibits from displaying, but for the benefit at a primitive level.
It is also worth noting that the company has a decent volume of work, namely: 15 posts per month, + reels, + daily stories.
The account is successfully growing, and we are growing with it.
During our work with the company, we have gained (and continue to work with):
- 1,700 subscribers, only through organic methods
- 9,000 collaboration requests
- Managed a budget of $50,000
- The selling price is not disclosed

Before starting work, we created a strategy to achieve our goals and set clear KPIs as the client had a good audience base to work with and interact with.
After the strategy was approved, we chose the path of least resistance and immediately followed content marketing standards: If it hasn't been done yet, now is the time!
Since there was quite a lot of advertising, we published content that was highly relevant to our audience in stories, and the first stories gathered coverage of 2,500 views.
We approved each event in advance, knew all the wedding dates in advance, and thus published everything on time! By choosing a pre-event warming strategy, rather than just publishing content for the sake of content, we were able to gather a large coverage, generate interest in the content for the audience, and engage them as best as possible!
At this stage, we are successfully developing the project and know which direction to move in after the third month of work to further accelerate the project's development!

Social Media Marketing (SMM)With the blcktribe project, we worked for 2.5 months, after which we took a break and they conducted a rebranding, not because they didn't like our content - we took our work seriously.
The thing is, they wanted radical changes, and lacking experience in that area, we declined the project and handed it over to guys who specialize in branding and marketing strategies, now we would gladly resume work!
… During our work, over 1000 subscribers were brought in, who stayed in the blog! We developed a performance strategy focusing on retargeting and worked with the LaL audience. ER - at the time of our work was 10.8% - this is a huge result that is difficult, but possible to achieve in such terms. The average NPS rating was 4.4 out of 5.
