    Object Design
    Project goal:
    Creation of a high-precision 3D model of a metal part with maximum realistic reproduction of geometry, surface texture, and physical properties of the material.
    Implementation of photorealistic rendering for use in advertising materials, presentations, catalog products, and on websites.

    Conveying the character of metal processing (grinding, polishing, anodizing, casting, or milling) taking into account microtextures.
    Setting up studio lighting to emphasize the shape, edges, and technical features of the product.
    Preparation of high-resolution images (Full HD, 4K) for print and digital advertising.

    Main stages of work:
    Building accurate 3D geometry according to drawings or technical specifications.
    Processing of chamfers, radii, threads, seating areas, and other engineering elements.
    Creating realistic materials with physically accurate properties (PBR approach).
    Setting up HDRI lighting or studio scene for advertising presentation.

    Professional software:
    The model is created in SolidWorks to ensure accurate engineering geometry and compliance with real manufacturing parameters.

    Final materials exported in PNG/JPEG formats (Full HD, 4K), and if necessary, TIFF for printing.
  • Development of a detailed 3D model of a cardboard box

    Object Design
    Project goal:
    Creation of an accurate 3D model of a cardboard box taking into account the features of the die-cutting die and subsequent assembly.
    Development of an optimal layout design (dieline) with properly calculated flaps, locks, and scoring areas for ease of assembly.
    Ensuring the strength of the structure with minimal material usage to reduce production costs.
    Preparation of the model for transfer to production, including exporting files for the manufacture of the die and test samples.
    Professional software:
    The model is created in SolidWorks, which ensures high accuracy of geometry, the ability to quickly make changes, and export to necessary formats for production (for example, DXF for die manufacturing or STEP for integration into other CAD systems).
    The project highlights my skills in engineering packaging design, focused on real production processes and efficient serial implementation.
  • 3D model of a plastic box for vacuum forming

    Object Design
    Development of a detailed 3D model of a plastic box specifically designed for further manufacturing using the vacuum forming method. This work demonstrates my ability to create models that take into account the specific requirements of production processes, optimizing them for obtaining a quality final product.

    Project goal:

    Creation of an accurate 3D model of a plastic box that will serve as the basis for manufacturing a mold for vacuum forming.
    Ensuring optimal geometry and wall thickness of the model for a successful vacuum forming process.
    Preparation of the model for further creation of a press mold that will be used for mass production.

    Professional software: The model is created in SolidWorks, ensuring high accuracy, editability, and export to any necessary formats for further work (for example, STL for 3D printing prototypes of the mold, or STEP/IGES for CAD systems).
  • Remote control holder

    Object Design
    Development for sheet metal production

    A functional holder designed for convenient mounting of the control panel, taking into account ergonomics and aesthetics. The design meets all requirements for serial production:
    - Material: sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm
    - Manufacturing: laser cutting + bending on a CNC press
    - A cable holder is provided to maintain the integrity and compactness of the structure
    - All bends and cuts are adapted to standard manufacturing processes
    - A set of drawings for production has been completed
    - Developed in SolidWorks

    Purpose: industrial application, mounting on panels/operator's workstation.
    File formats: STEP / DWG / PDF for production.
  • Development of a 3D model of a part optimized for 3D printing

    Object Design
    The functional part is created taking into account the features of 3D printing and further practical use. An analysis of loads has been conducted, and structural changes have been made to improve strength and reduce material consumption.

    Purpose: technical housing / fastening element / adapter / prototype of a functional unit

    Software: SolidWorks

    Printing technology: FDM / SLA / SLS (depending on the task)

    Materials: PLA, PETG, ABS — selected according to operating conditions

  • Development of a 3D model of a metal drill

    A precise 3D model of a metal drill has been designed, taking into account geometric parameters, sharpening standards, and cutting edge angles. The project includes a detailed representation of the spiral, guiding part, and shank for accurate manufacturing and visualization. The model is optimized for manufacturing technologies (including 3D printing for prototyping or CAM processing).

    Features:
    - Compliance with tool manufacturing standards (DIN, ISO)
    - Calculated angles of inclination and geometry of the cutting part

    Object Design
    A housing designed for an electrical panel, made of sheet metal with a thickness of 2 mm. The project takes into account all technical requirements for safety and operation under increased load conditions. The design provides reliable protection of electrical components from external influences, mechanical damage, and dust. All necessary openings for ventilation, installation, and access for maintenance are provided. The design is optimized for convenient manufacturing and assembly. The project is completed in a CAD system (SolidWorks), with detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Design of bolt M20 according to ISO standard

    Mechanical Engineering & Instrument Making
    A 3D model and 2D drawings of a high-strength M20 bolt with a strength class of 12.9 have been developed in accordance with international standards ISO (specifically ISO 898-1, ISO 4014/4017).

    Project features:
    - Complete analysis of dimensional parameters: diameter, thread pitch, length, chamfers, head part, tolerances.
    - Design of metric threads with precise characteristics for a reliable connection.
    - Selection of material and coating according to operating conditions (high load, possible aggressive environment).
    - Verification of geometry for compliance with the requirements of standardized fasteners.

    Purpose of use:
    For connecting structural elements subjected to high loads in machinery, heavy equipment, industrial systems.

    Object Design
    The installation of key components of the extrusion head has been carried out, focusing on the verification and adjustment of the mechanism for guiding the molten plastic during the forming process.

    Project features:
    - Accurate positioning of all elements of the head, including internal inserts, cross, sleeves, etc.
    - Control of the tightness of connections, coaxiality of elements, and uniformity of flow.
    - The installation was performed considering the working temperatures and pressures characteristic of the extrusion process.
    - After assembly, a visual and functional analysis was conducted to ensure uninterrupted material supply and the absence of deformations or pressure losses.

    Goal: to ensure the proper functioning of the plastic guiding mechanism inside the head and minimize technical failures during production.

    Object Design
    The installation of key components of the extrusion head has been completed, focusing on the verification and adjustment of the mechanism for guiding the molten plastic during the forming process.

    Designed the matrix of the main extrusion head, which forms the outer contour of the plastic pipe during the extrusion process.

    Design features:
    - Operating conditions: intensive operation at high temperatures and in aggressive environments (chemical vapors, high friction).
    - Material: heat-resistant metal.
    - Internal coating: chrome finish to reduce friction, improve melt flow, and maintain surface smoothness of the product.
    - Purpose: ensures stable and precise geometry of the pipe at the exit of the head, prevents sticking and wear of the internal walls.
  • Spacer for the main part of the extruder

    Drawings & Diagrams
    A prolonged insert (spacer) has been designed for the housing of the main part of the extruder, which participates in the process of forming plastic pipes by extrusion.

    Design features:
    - Working environment: high temperatures and aggressive environment (chemically active vapors, friction).
    - Material: heat-resistant metal, with an internal chrome coating to reduce friction and wear.
    - Functionality: facilitates the uniform flow of molten plastic, maintains the surface quality of the finished pipe.
    - Structural compatibility: adapted to the existing head housing, ensures precise centering and a tight connection.

    Application: extrusion lines for the production of plastic pipes (PVC, PE, etc.)
