Suspension control arm Honda Civic EG
Mechanical Engineering & Instrument MakingThe goal of the project was to develop a front upper suspension arm with the ability to adjust the camber of the wheels. The design was developed for manufacturing from sheet metal using laser cutting and bending methods.

Honda Civic EG Body
Mechanical Engineering & Instrument MakingThe goal of the project was to create a high-precision 3D model of the body of a Honda Civic (1992, hatchback) for further design of suspension elements and other technical units.
Execution features:
• Reverse engineering: data from lidar scanning was used to reproduce the geometry, which was verified and validated by practical measurement methods.
• High accuracy: by using the original manufacturer drawings, it was possible to reproduce the model at a 1:1 scale, including all major mounting points for the assemblies.
… • Hybrid modeling: the work combines proprietary high-precision developments with the integration of existing decorative elements for complete visualization.
Result:
The obtained digital copy of the body fully corresponds to the real car and is suitable for professional design of power elements and tuning.
