Bot Development
This code creates a bot for Telegram, which uses the OpenAI API to generate answers. When receiving a message from a user with a question, the bot викликає funkciju generate_answer, яка викликає API OpenAI, to get a response to the question. Then the answer is sent back to the user using the Telegram API. The generate_answer function uses the "Davinci" model to generate responses with a maximum number of 1024 tokens and a temperature of 0.5.
