      The apartment is large, cozy, with an open space on the 1st floor. Between the kitchen and the entrance area, I added a partition, creating a niche for a built-in wardrobe and an open hallway, and on the kitchen side, I placed a pantry for the refrigerator and oven and microwave.
      As the room is elongated, I visually divided it with a bar counter, different ceiling levels, and flooring. In the kitchen and hallway area, there is underfloor heating and tile with wood imitation, in the living area - laminate flooring. The dining and lounge areas are also visually separated. There is a large dining table and a corner sofa with a TV area. The balcony is separated by sliding glass doors.
      In the bathroom, there is a wall-hung toilet with an installation system, a large shower with a tile border, and shower doors with a sliding mechanism radaway IDEA BLACK DWD.
      A countertop sink with a suspended cabinet for storage and a large mirror, a towel warmer, and a cabinet with a laundry basket and a 40-liter boiler. The balcony has a coffee table and chairs for relaxation, as the apartment on the top floor of the building offers a wonderful view of the city.
