I’m an ISTQB-certified QA Engineer with over 5 years of commercial experience in testing client-server architecture-based web and mobile applications. I’ve worked both as a solo QA and as a team lead, ensuring product quality across the entire SDLC. My expertise includes UI/API testing, test plan and strategy creation, test case and checklist design, bug reporting, and test documentation.

I’ve collaborated closely with development and business teams to improve products across various domains, including e-commerce, network technologies, automotive, business tools, and GovTech. In several government-related projects, I also performed business analysis tasks: gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional diagrams, compiling user stories with POs and dev teams, and overseeing feature implementation.
