About Me
Hello! My name is Oleksandr Vakhromeev, I am 37 years old. During this time, I have created and developed businesses in different fields: restaurants and food delivery, sports clubs and a gym, the beauty industry, and the production of women’s outerwear. These are my own businesses, built with my personal investments and delivering real results.
In addition to my work in Ukraine, I have experience managing and supporting businesses in the United States, which has given me a broader perspective on marketing and consumer behavior across different countries.

The client has requested promotion for the hardware massage service. The main goal is to acquire new clients for trial procedures, increase brand awareness, and build a base for further course sales.
… What has been done:
+ Conducted niche and competitor analysis;
+ Highlighted the main advantages of the service;
+ Created and tested visually appealing creatives that inspire trust;
+ Set up targeted advertising on Meta (Facebook + Instagram);
+ Used Meta lead forms for quick sign-ups for trial procedures.
Results
- Received 79 applications for the trial procedure.
- 69 clients actually came.
- 35 clients purchased a course of 10 procedures costing 8,500 UAH.
- Average cost per application: 132–174 UAH (≈ $3.5–$4.7).
For comparison: in this highly competitive niche, the cost per application is considered normal up to $15.
Advertising investment: 13,275 UAH.
! Revenue only from sold courses: ≈ 297,500 UAH.
Conclusion
Thanks to the clear definition of the target audience, well-chosen creatives, and proper ad setup, the studio achieved:
- a cost per application nearly 3–4 times lower than the market average;
- a high attendance rate (69 out of 79 came for the procedure);
- a conversion to sales of over 50% from trial procedure visitors;
- advertising profitability dozens of times higher than the invested funds.
And most importantly — entrepreneurs must understand: investments in advertising pay off not just once. The clients attracted tend to stay with the business for a long time, and many of them will return to purchase new courses in the future. This creates a stable long-term profit that significantly exceeds one-time advertising expenses.

A client approached me who was launching a club from scratch and did not understand how to quickly recruit children for the section. The primary task is to kick off the project in the shortest time possible, gather the first groups, and start training.
… Strategy:
+ Developed an advertising funnel focusing on a free trial training session;
+ Set up targeted advertising on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) aimed at parents of children aged 4–17;
+ Tested various creatives and audiences;
+ Launched separate campaigns for leads and traffic.
Results:
- 233 applications (average lead cost — 77 UAH, minimum — 37 UAH);
- 221 children actually attended the trial training;
- over 200 subscriptions sold (monthly subscription cost — 1000 UAH);
- With expenses of approximately 18,000 UAH, the advertising generated over 200,000 UAH in club revenue.
Conclusion:
Thanks to properly set up advertising, the club fully filled groups from the first month and recouped marketing costs more than 10 times (ROI 1000%+).
