With over 10 years in IT (QA and Project Management), I offer a high-level approach to routine tasks. I focus on projects involving e-commerce content, data cleaning, and manual testing. I am currently expanding my skills in Data Analytics.

What I can do for you:

    • Content Management: Expert population of online stores (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress). I have a deep understanding of product attributes, variations, and platform logic.

    • QA & Testing: Manual testing of web applications, finding bugs before your customers do, and verifying content displays correctly.

    • Data Operations & Analysis (Junior): Organizing, cleaning, and formatting large datasets in Google Sheets. Experience with PostgreSQL for basic data querying and manipulation.

    Tools:

Google Sheets, SQL (Learning), PostgreSQL, Jira, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, Strapi.

    • User Retention Analysis (Cohort Report)

      Databases & SQL
      Goal:
To analyze user activity over 6 months and identify when users stop using the platform.

      What I did:

Data Cleaning: Standardized dates and fixed formatting issues in the raw events log.

SQL Processing: Connected "Users" and "Events" tables to calculate the time difference between registration and return.

Analysis: Created a Pivot Table in Google Sheets to group users into monthly cohorts.

Heatmap: Built a Retention matrix (as seen in the screenshot) to visualize user drop-off.

      Results:
The report clearly shows the Retention Rate for each cohort, helping to pinpoint exactly which months have the highest churn.

      Tools: PostgreSQL, SQL, Google Sheets.
