Have you ever nervous before your exams or fell stress in studies?Surely have.Students mix part-time jobs with university, worry about assignments and stress about the future and how to make the next step.I really understand this problem because I am also a student.However, I’m not often nervous about studying.I believe that when you feel stress before your exams you show worse result, than when you keep calm.Obviously, there are many ways to prevent yourself from getting stressed.First, you have to eat healthy food.It is very important to choose the right food nowadays to avoid stress.Furthermore, you should not forget about sports.Doing the daily exercise for at least 30 minutes not only makes you stronger and healthier, but also helps overcome worries and forget about daily problems.As for me, when I fell stressed, I try to spend more time on fresh air and doing sports.All in all, learning to manage stress means building coping skills that allow you to take everyday challenges and deal with them.
