💎 I am a UX / UI designer specializing in web design and redesign, mobile app design, wireframing and prototyping. I have over 3 years of experience in design. I have created designs for various niches such as banking, restaurant business, b2b / b2c, coworking, rental/sale of real estate, etc. My work consisted of both improving existing sites or their complete redesign, as well as creating new platforms based only on an idea of a client. My goal is always to present the company only in the best quality, and to convey to the client the information he needs.
💡 I have extensive experience in creating designs for e-commerce companies. I worked with different clients, startups, private businesses, large and small companies, performing various tasks. The common problem my clients have come to me with was low online orders on thier websites. After doing research, I often identified the problem as an outdated design that did not attract new customers and an inconvenient interface in terms of UX, which led to a negative site experience. The new design that I made was easy to understand and easy to use, which solved the problem and attracted new users.
🎯 I approach each project responsibly. I pay great attention to details at the initial stage - the main thing is the interaction of the product with the user. For this I use various UX methods, such as Customer journey map, Concept Testing, Empathy maps. I make the product speak to users in their language. The final product I provide not only satisfy the needs of the target audience, but also is understandable to the rest of the audience.
