23 USD Minimalist kitchen interior with natural wood - 3D render
This project is a photorealistic 3D visualization of a modern kitchen-dining area, executed in a minimalist style with an emphasis on natural materials and warm natural lighting. The work was entirely created in 3ds Max, where I modeled the space, selected textures for wood, matte surfaces, and decorative elements, as well as set up lighting to achieve the most realistic atmosphere. The main focus was on the detailing of materials, soft shadows, natural daylight from the window, and the overall feeling of coziness in the interior. The render demonstrates a modern approach to kitchen space design, a harmonious combination of colors, and a clean composition, making this work suitable for presentation in a portfolio or for use in real design projects.

23 USD Modern minimalist kitchen design with an island.
3D Modeling
In this project, I developed a modern minimalist kitchen design with an island, created in SketchUp. The main idea was to combine concrete facades, natural wood, and light stone to create a stylish and functional space. I modeled the kitchen area with built-in cabinets, a countertop, and a central island, paying attention to proportions and the purity of lines. For a more realistic atmosphere, warm LED lighting was added under the upper cabinets in the stove area, lighting from pendant lamps above the island, as well as decorative internal lighting in the part of the island with wooden slats. This project demonstrates a modern approach to interior design and high-quality visualization of the concept for the portfolio and presentation to the client.

23 USD Apartment planning with a focus on ergonomics and living areas
In this project, a comprehensive redesign of the apartment's internal layout was carried out, involving the relocation and alignment of walls to improve the geometry of the spaces. The main task was to make the rooms more comfortable for living and to eliminate non-functional areas. The bedroom was redesigned in AutoCAD to accommodate a full-size bed, nightstands, and storage systems without feeling cramped. A separate workspace was created with the proper placement of the desk and clear pathways. The kitchen was reconfigured considering appliances and work surfaces to maximize the efficient use of space. The bathrooms were also optimized for a more logical placement of plumbing fixtures. As a result, the apartment received a more convenient, balanced, and practical layout, ready for implementation in real renovations.

Interior Design
In this project, the apartment was reconfigured with a focus on improving the kitchen and bathroom. The initial layout had awkward passages and inefficient use of space, so the partitions were adjusted in AutoCAD and the functional zones were redistributed. The kitchen was designed with the working triangle in mind, so that the refrigerator, sink, and stove were arranged in a logical and convenient sequence. The dining area was placed in a way that it did not obstruct movement throughout the apartment. The bathroom was optimized for the installation of a full-sized bathtub, washing machine, and storage systems without overcrowding the space. All furniture was arranged considering actual dimensions, door openings, and convenient passages, making the layout more functional and comfortable for daily life.

This project is an example of a modern apartment with an open layout, created in ArchiCAD. The project demonstrates skills in spatial thinking, planning, and basic 3D visualization of the interior.
The living area combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room, allowing for maximum efficient use of space and creating a sense of openness. The kitchen features a linear layout with built-in furniture and appliances, providing convenience in use and a neat appearance.
… In the center of the apartment, a functional volume is designed with built-in wardrobes and storage areas, which helps maintain order and minimize the number of separate furniture pieces in the living space.
The living room is designed in a restrained style: a sofa, armchair, and coffee table create a comfortable relaxation area. The dining group logically connects the kitchen and living parts of the apartment.
The color scheme is built on a combination of light neutral shades and warm accents, creating a balanced and modern look for the interior.
