    During a comprehensive SEO audit, we analyzed the technical condition of the website, its speed, security, content structure, and internal optimization.

    Work Completed

    To improve results, a comprehensive set of recommendations was prepared and implemented:

    - Technical optimization of the website was conducted;
    - Caching and page speed optimization were set up;
    - CSS and JavaScript files were optimized;
    - The level of WordPress security was increased;
    - Meta descriptions for key pages were rewritten;
    - A keyword structure for all main sections was created;

    The team approached with the task of increasing organic traffic and improving the website's positions in Google. The main goal was to conduct an SEO audit, identify growth points, analyze competitors, and develop a promotion strategy for the Ukrainian and international markets.

    The analysis used the Serpstat tool, which allowed assessing the website's visibility, semantic core, competitors' positions, and growth potential.

    As a result of the SEO audit, several key factors were identified that hindered further growth of the website.

    Among them:

    - a portion of important keywords was on the verge of entering the top-10 Google;
    - new popular queries did not have separate optimized pages;
    - insufficient localization for the Polish and German markets;
    - high competition for commercial queries;
    - absence of separate SEO categories for promising product groups;
    - lack of structured data for products.

    Due to this, the website was losing potential traffic and part of its clients to competitors.

    Competitor Analysis

    A separate stage involved researching the main competitors in the niche.

    The following was studied:

    - the number of shared keywords;
    - organic visibility;
    - positions in Google;
    - category structure;
    - content strategies;
    - traffic sources.

    The analysis allowed finding additional search queries and semantic clusters that had not been previously used on the website.

    As part of the project, a comprehensive SEO audit, competitive environment analysis, and search promotion strategy were developed.

    What was analyzed

    During the audit, we examined the website structure, semantic core, page visibility on Google, and the competitiveness of key queries in the furniture and home goods niche.

    Particular attention was paid to:

    - categories of furniture for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen;
    - popular commercial queries with high frequency;

    At the start, the website had growth potential; however, a significant portion of the pages did not rank highly in search results.

    The client faced a strategic task — to determine the feasibility of entering the Polish market and minimize investment risks in inventory. It was necessary to understand which type of coffee maker has the best sales potential, in which price segment the largest solvent audience operates, what competitive advantages influence buyers' decisions, and how to form an offer capable of competing without constant price dumping.

    As part of the project, a comprehensive market study of Poland was conducted, analyzing over 180 relevant offers on the largest trading platforms in the country. The research covered demand structure, seasonal fluctuations, price segments, the quality of competitors' content, sellers' advertising activity, market saturation levels, and factors that directly affect conversion and average check.

    Particular attention was paid to identifying untapped niches. The analysis showed that the vast majority of sellers use template content and compete solely on price. This creates an opportunity for a new player to gain a competitive advantage through quality product presentation, professional photo and video content, detailed descriptions of product benefits, and the formation of a unique selling proposition.

    The research also confirmed the steady growth of the category and the potential of the segment of automatic coffee makers with a cappuccino maker and smart functions. This direction demonstrates the greatest potential for development, higher average margins, and lower dependence on price competition compared to budget models.

    Based on the obtained data, a step-by-step market entry strategy was developed, allowing the client to make informed decisions regarding product procurement, avoid entering an oversaturated segment, and focus investments on the most promising development direction.
