      ABOUT THE PROJECT:
      A developer building the first property in the suburbs of one of the cities in Ukraine.
      The developer's ideology is the combination of ecological space and architecture, both for their own.

      MAIN TASKS:

      1. Reaching a large number of affluent people
      2. Generating applications for apartment purchases

      PITFALLS:

      1. Quite an expensive service, expensive product. Initially, it was difficult to reach the target audience we needed, which is why we conducted numerous tests, "played" with communication/creatives/campaign settings
      2. The main pain point - poor processing of applications by the sales department
      3. The advertising account was repeatedly blocked at the beginning of the work
      4. We resolved issues regarding leads entering DevBase CRM, which took some time. Also, in the last week of the month, we started transitioning to G-Plus CRM, where we had to do the integration ourselves

      WHAT WAS DONE:

      1. Built a targeting funnel for receiving applications
      2. Developed a communication strategy based on the company's branding and its communication with the target audience, tested many different offers, made constant changes until we hit the "bullseye" and found a working connection
      3. Conducted an in-depth analysis of the client's CRM and provided key recommendations for processing applications, emphasized the use of a script for handling incoming leads, as all applications became unprofitable due to poor communication from the sales department

      PROJECT OVERVIEW:
      A women's clothing store offers a wide range of sizes. The store provides sizes from 44 to 62. They understand how important it is for clothing to fit perfectly, which is why they offer a free cash-on-delivery shipping service, as well as the option to return or exchange the product in case the customer is not satisfied with their choice.

      MAIN TASKS:

      1. Elevate the clothing store to a new level in terms of purchase quantity.
      2. Work on the brand perception among the target audience.

      PITFALLS:

      1. They spent a long time searching for a working connection, conducted many test campaigns, used creatives in at least 3-4 different variations, of which only a few yielded good results.
      2. Quite high competition, low average check, not very high-quality product, which also became an obstacle during the initial launches and resulted in most refusals via email (people do not pick up the product).
      3. The product is produced only once without repeats, which is also a significant problem in this clothing segment.

      WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:

      1. Built a strategy considering CJM and CustDev.
      2. Developed strong communication, created unique offers, and made quite interesting creatives similar to luxury brands (even though the clothing from this store does not quite match this positioning).
      3. After many tests, they found a winner that provided a good number of leads at a low cost per day.

      PITFALLS:

      1. They spent a long time searching for a working connection, conducted many test campaigns, used creatives in at least 3-4 different variations, of which only a few yielded good results.
      2. Quite high competition, high average check, which also became an obstacle during the initial launches.
      3. Poor communication from the client, which caused long approval times for creatives throughout the collaboration, leading to delays in launching advertising campaigns.

      WHAT WAS DONE:

      ABOUT THE PROJECT:
      Online accounting school. They have numerous courses, mini-courses, and conduct free webinars on various topics for accountants every week.

      The main task of the school is not just to provide information, but to develop real accounting skills in the client that are valued in the market.

      MAIN TASKS:

      1. To create a stable flow of applications for free webinar series every week (worked on 2 geos: Ukraine and Kazakhstan)
      2. To adhere to established KPIs for leads that do not exceed acceptable limits

      PITFALLS:

      1. We started advertising accounts from scratch, as the client did not provide them to us
      2. We spent a long time dealing with purchased accounts, facing blocks on both accounts and cards, had a very low daily spending limit from FB, which hindered our work (as we were supposed to spend about $3000 a month, but in reality, we only spent about $600 total)
      3. We had a problem with lead visibility in the client's CRM (out of 200 leads, only 30 were displayed with UTM tags, which is nonsensical). We worked on this problem for 2 weeks, applying all possible options to rectify the situation
      4. We experienced a significant drop in campaigns after testing a new design + Facebook reduced our daily spending limit

      WHAT WAS DONE:

      1. Conducted a complete analysis of competitors' activities, identified the strengths and weaknesses of our client
      2. Built a targeting funnel for obtaining applications
      3. Developed a communication strategy, tested many different offers, made constant changes until we found a working connection
      4. Resolved all issues with advertising accounts, brought the project to a normal level, minimized possible risks from Facebook, and warmed up the purchased accounts quite well. Achieved a normal CPL on almost all launches

      They offer many language courses, with the main one currently being the “From zero to Hero” course for three languages: English, German, Polish (the course is designed for a year of study, with many “perks,” one of which is a free laptop for effective and comfortable learning).

      MAIN TASKS:

      1. Reaching a large number of people interested in learning languages (English, Polish, German)
      2. Recruiting groups for the course (generating applications)

      PITFALLS:

      1. We were not given access to a warmed-up advertising account that already had a fairly good performance. Instead, a separate ad account was created for us, where we started receiving blocks from the very beginning, had a limit on daily performance, which is why we warmed it up for a certain period.
      2. Terrible lead processing, which we only checked in the second month of cooperation. Because of this, we had a lead quality of only 3%, with 800 applications per month.

      WHAT WAS DONE:

      1. Conducted a full analysis of competitors' activities, identified the strengths and weaknesses of our client.
      2. Built a targeting funnel for obtaining applications.
      3. Developed a communication strategy based on unconventional offers and motion creatives, tested many different offers, made constant replacements until we hit the “bullseye” and found a working connection.
      4. Initially directed traffic only to the geo of Ukraine and in English, then expanded the range of languages (added Polish and German) and expanded the geo of performance, starting to work in Poland and Germany (launching for Ukrainian and Russian-speaking people).
