Good day .About 30 days ago I posted a TZ on your Google Adwords account creation and launching advertising from it.I didn’t offer a fixed rate, so I chose from the proposals of a person who, in my opinion, could deal with the assigned task( creating an account and managing it about 30 days).I chose a freelancer and gave him all the information.After creating the account it was almost instantly blocked by Google and the advertisement with it was not launched in full (I asked on the first day to launch the advertisement for $30 in the work area).Freelancer said he believed the account could be unlocked and intentionally pulled the time.Not to cancel the project and get easy money.At the moment it is still blocked quality advertising with it has not been launched and I will not be able to launch it in the future.The account data was not provided to me.I want to notice that he didn’t get in touch about 9 days during the project because of this I lost time, strength and my team had to wait until Valery will allow to get in touch with me using your site. In general, he did all the work in 2 hours (this is + -500 UAH. by market). I offered to cancel the project several times, but my fame was ignored and no alternative was offered. In his defense, he said that the topic was slippery and nothing to do with it ... (that the account could be blocked, he did not warn me during the project) I clearly stated what subject the project belongs to, and it was he who offered a bid for my project. And after that he began to write some of his assumptions, which have nothing to do with the case. I don’t want to pay this freelancer, because the freelancer: 1) Showed negligence (didn’t pay due attention to the project and didn’t get in touch without your help 2) Provided poor quality services (at the end of the project, the freelancer wants to provide me with a blocked account and believes that this fine!!!) 3) lack of results (advertising is not launched and there are no leads). In general, I did not receive anything from the project, except for 30 days of waiting for a response from a person who believes that a blocked account is a job well done.
