I was lucky to get to work on my Dmitry website.
He is a professor in Django.
He completed all the directions on the TZ, including integrated Instagram to the site.
There were difficulties he could not predict in advance. It spent twice as much time to implement the project than it was planned. No panic and payment requirements.
After the project was completed, he wrote his vision of the proper functioning of the site. Detailed what to do and for what.
