The freelancer himself said the cost of work after the detailed study of TZ-4500grn and discussed all the important conditions.During the implementation of the project changed the conditions it cannot be implemented, it will be difficult here, it can be implemented, but only in this way (although in the TZ clearly described what was required), while its condition was just the clear implementation of all agreements, which was implemented-payed 2 part with 3.The duration of implementation was also agreed 20 days (the executive himself said he would do everything in time), as it was required by TZ, for which I, as an experienced customer, proposed to the executive if he failed to extend the duration to 1.5 months, we are all people and I carefully evaluate the duration of implementation, but from me the demand for the submission of the project, so these deadlines were final.As a result, the project was done for more than 5 months, I as an executive, until the last extended the deadlines, which is clearly visible on the screens attached to the review, in addition, I was misunderstood by the executive-type phrases "was busy", "I couldn't engage with your project" or "I will borrow the next week", which until the last closed my eyes.
The last straw of tolerance was after the contractor said that the project is ready - "You are planning to complete the project and pay the rest of the part", while I, as the customer, waited 5 months for completion and was checking the site, identifying errors, other shortcomings - that's all were entered in the table for the performer and the performer had to unsubscribe based on the results of corrections, the person disappeared for 2 weeks and unsubscribed only today, again in the spirit of "was busy."

As a result, my project was closed by the main customer, who also waited until the last moment for a complete delivery and a partial amount paid by me in the amount of 3000 UAH went out of my pocket. I am ready to compromise and stipulate the return of the funds spent, unreasonable by me to withdraw the claim, since the fault lies entirely with the contractor.

I am ready to provide all correspondence and evidence in support of my words to the Administration. The contractor was notified about the composition of the claim, but ignored it, arguing that he also spent time and considers it unfair to return the funds.
