Dmytro was offered a project that was decided to be divided into several stages. The first stage was estimated at the highest amount, completed within the established deadlines, and placed on the contractor's server. After the acceptance of the work and payment for the first stage, we moved on to the second.

The second stage was estimated at 7 days. During this period, approximately 15% of the total volume of work was actually completed, which was visible on the server. At the same time, the contractor repeatedly assured that the second stage would be completed on time.

Communication was complicated: responses came with significant delays — from several hours to several days. After the deadline was over, the contractor reported on refactoring, testing, and finalization, as well as referred to personal circumstances. At the same time, he claimed that the volume of completed work exceeded the planned one, however, the result was not demonstrated even in the local environment.

For three weeks, the project was not completed, and communication with the contractor periodically disappeared. When asked to provide access to the repository or to transfer the results of the work done within the first stage (which was fully paid), no response or result was provided.
