    Що ми зробили:

    1. Розробка стратегії
    Оскільки завдання полягало в залученні клієнтів на регіональному рівні, але окремого сайту для просування у клієнта немає, було прийнято рішення запускати кампанії на лід-форму.

    У рамках розробки стратегії визначили драйвери та бар’єри для здійснення купівлі.

    Драйвери: збереження тепла, шумоізоляція, індивідуальний дизайн, гарантії. Використовуючи цю інформацію, ми виділили меседжі, які необхідно використовувати в тексті: «економія до 62% на опаленні; можливість вибрати вікно під свої потреби; асортимент форм і кольору; гарантія — до 10 років».

    Бар’єри: ціна вища за середню на ринку, старе вікно «ще поживе», сезонність пропозиції. Відповідно підготували відповіді: «недешево, зате якісно і з гарантією», «встигніть замовити за старими цінами», «досить мучитися зі старими вікнами». Останній посил був найбільш ефективним.

    2. Робота з географією й аудиторією
    Під час першого запуску ми працювали із Запорізькою, та Дніпропетровською областями. На кожну область була запущена рекламна кампанія на лідогенерацію зі стандартною комунікацією.

    Пізніше до звичайних кампаній додалися акційні пропозиції, які вели на лендінг. Це були сезонні акції, які працювали 1 або 2 місяці.

    У межах тестування для стандартних кампаній запропонували 3 аудиторії за інтересами: сім’я, будинок та облаштування будинку, ремонт. Найкраще спрацювали перші дві аудиторії, які згодом були об’єднані.

    Акційні пропозиції поширювалися на преміум-сегмент продукції, тому до стандартних інтересів додалося звуження:

    за поведінкою — часто подорожують;
    за інтересами — предмети розкоші та дорога нерухомість.
    Акційні кампанії працювали із більш вузькою та дорогою аудиторією, тому ціна за лід була вищою.

    Реклама на широку аудиторію приносила дешевші ліди, але гірші за якістю. Від цієї стратегії відмовилися.

    Під час другого періоду роботи клієнт делегував запуски н Полтавську і Сумську області. Був створений другий кабінет для зручного масштабування. Ці області запускалися згідно з тією ж стратегією, завдяки чому вдалося знизити ціну ліда порівняно з іншими підрядниками.

    3. Пропозиції та креативи

    За кожним напрямком були створені статичні та динамічні рекламні креативи. В межах звичайних кампаній найкраще працювала статика. Але в акційних кампаніях більше уваги привертали відео. Відео дозволили детально та наочно розповісти про умови акції. Використовували як Gif-анімації, так і повноцінні відеоогляди з особою компанії.

    Складність просування акційних кампаній полягала в тому, що в кожного регіонального представника ціни відрізнялися, тому не можна було давати конкретних цифр.

    4. Робота над поліпшенням якості лідов
    Для підвищення якості лідів розробили квіз із можливістю зібрати собі вікно: вибравши форму, профіль і колір. Після заповнення квіза користувач залишав свій номер на розрахунок вартості вікна. Таким чином якість заявок зросла на 20%.

    Для збільшення конверсії у продаж також узяли на аудит дзвінки відділу продажів. Були знайдені систематичні помилки в обробці заявок, які вдалося усунути за допомогою наших рекомендацій.

    Щотижня клієнт надсилав статистику за якістю лідів із розбивкою на аудиторії та креативи. Креативи, які давали хороші результати, але із низькою конверсією у продаж, вимикали або переробляли.

    At the start, the main flow of clients for the tattoo studio came through Instagram, recommendations, and organic reach. The problem is typical for this niche: people actively respond to the works, but far from all are ready to actually book an appointment. Therefore, the focus was not on "more messages at any cost," but on the quality of inquiries.

    In the work, I built a campaign structure for several segments: local cold audience, interest-based audience, warm base from Instagram / Facebook, and retargeting those who had already interacted with the profile or advertisement. This allowed for a quicker understanding of which connections yielded better results and which merely wasted the budget.

    Creatives were tested separately: photos of works, short videos, stories, and carousels with examples of tattoos. In communication, I emphasized what truly influences decisions in this niche: the style of work, the atmosphere of the studio, sterility, safety, individual approach, and the ability to book specific dates.

    During the optimization process, audiences and ads that generated cheap but weak conversations were turned off, and those where people were ready to engage in substantive dialogue regarding sketches, costs, and bookings were retained.

    The task was not just to launch advertising, but to build a system for attracting targeted applications for a service that helps organizers launch author tours and retreats in Turkey.

    At the start, there was a typical problem for this niche: the product is emotional, the price is above average, and people do not make decisions at the first touch. If traffic is directed simply to "beautiful photos of the sea," it is possible to get clicks and cheap reach, but not quality applications.

    In the work, I divided the audience into several segments: people interested in retreats and author trips, a warm audience based on interactions, and separately those who could be program organizers themselves. At the same time, I repackaged the advertising presentation: instead of an abstract "tour to Turkey," I focused on the format, atmosphere, structure of the program, and convenient turnkey organization.

    Next, we tested several offers and creative angles: through emotion, through trust, through participation scenarios, and through the pain of the organizer who wants to launch their program without chaos in logistics and processes. After that, we pushed the result with retargeting to those who had already interacted with the ads, Instagram, and the engagement page.

    Results after 6 weeks:

In this project, the connection that worked was: audience segmentation, strong offers, creative testing, and retargeting for quality applications.
