The work examines 3 areas:

Main task:
To show how to reduce CPL, increase lead quality, and cut non-target traffic in an expensive legal niche through campaign structure, precise semantics, negative keywords, landing pages, micro-conversions, and anti-fraud protection.
Case 1 — Kredyty Frankowe
Service: lawsuits for the cancellation of loans in Swiss francs.
Problem:
high competition, CPC 25–45 PLN, and budget drain due to Broad Match on informational queries.
What was done:
— semantics were switched to Phrase Match and Exact Match;
— campaigns were divided by banks: mBank, PKO BP, Santander;
— relevant ads were prepared for each bank;
— texts were made legally correct, without promises of "100% results";
— traffic was directed to a landing page with a calculator and the option to download a PDF contract.
Results over 4 months:
— CTR increased from 3.2% to 9.4%;
— CPL decreased from 340 PLN to 145 PLN;
— 45–50 qualified leads per month;
— 4–6 new contracts each month.
Case 2 — B2B legal services
Service: company registration, legal business audit, debt restructuring for enterprises.
Geo: Warsaw + Masovian Voivodeship.
Budget: about 4000 PLN / month.
What was done:
— set up hyper-local targeting around business centers and coworking spaces;
— showed ads only Mon–Fri from 08:00 to 17:00;
— created Call-Only campaigns for mobile;
— blocked over 1200 negative keywords for B2C queries: alimenty, rozwód, darmowy prawnik, porada online za 50 zł, and others.
Results over 3 months:
— non-target traffic reduced to almost zero;
— 12–15 direct calls per week;
— every 3rd call turned into a paid consultation;
— consultation start: from 350 PLN;
— some consultations transitioned into subscription services.

What was done:
— set up GA4 + GTM with deep micro-conversions;
— tracked retention on the page for 90+ seconds, clicks on the number, form, and accident description;

— uploaded a client database from the last 3 years;
— connected anti-fraud protection;
— offered a success fee model: 0 PLN upfront fees, payment only after winning the case.
Results over 6 months:
— CPL stabilized at 68 PLN;
— the number of target cases in progress increased by 48%;
— anti-fraud protection saved about 18% of the budget;

Main conclusion:
In the legal niche, it is not broader traffic that wins, but control over the quality of the query.
Key formula:

… Що ми зробили:
1. Розробка стратегії
Оскільки завдання полягало в залученні клієнтів на регіональному рівні, але окремого сайту для просування у клієнта немає, було прийнято рішення запускати кампанії на лід-форму.
У рамках розробки стратегії визначили драйвери та бар’єри для здійснення купівлі.
Драйвери: збереження тепла, шумоізоляція, індивідуальний дизайн, гарантії. Використовуючи цю інформацію, ми виділили меседжі, які необхідно використовувати в тексті: «економія до 62% на опаленні; можливість вибрати вікно під свої потреби; асортимент форм і кольору; гарантія — до 10 років».
Бар’єри: ціна вища за середню на ринку, старе вікно «ще поживе», сезонність пропозиції. Відповідно підготували відповіді: «недешево, зате якісно і з гарантією», «встигніть замовити за старими цінами», «досить мучитися зі старими вікнами». Останній посил був найбільш ефективним.
2. Робота з географією й аудиторією
Під час першого запуску ми працювали із Запорізькою, та Дніпропетровською областями. На кожну область була запущена рекламна кампанія на лідогенерацію зі стандартною комунікацією.
Пізніше до звичайних кампаній додалися акційні пропозиції, які вели на лендінг. Це були сезонні акції, які працювали 1 або 2 місяці.
У межах тестування для стандартних кампаній запропонували 3 аудиторії за інтересами: сім’я, будинок та облаштування будинку, ремонт. Найкраще спрацювали перші дві аудиторії, які згодом були об’єднані.
Акційні пропозиції поширювалися на преміум-сегмент продукції, тому до стандартних інтересів додалося звуження:
за поведінкою — часто подорожують;
за інтересами — предмети розкоші та дорога нерухомість.
Акційні кампанії працювали із більш вузькою та дорогою аудиторією, тому ціна за лід була вищою.
Реклама на широку аудиторію приносила дешевші ліди, але гірші за якістю. Від цієї стратегії відмовилися.
Під час другого періоду роботи клієнт делегував запуски н Полтавську і Сумську області. Був створений другий кабінет для зручного масштабування. Ці області запускалися згідно з тією ж стратегією, завдяки чому вдалося знизити ціну ліда порівняно з іншими підрядниками.
3. Пропозиції та креативи
За кожним напрямком були створені статичні та динамічні рекламні креативи. В межах звичайних кампаній найкраще працювала статика. Але в акційних кампаніях більше уваги привертали відео. Відео дозволили детально та наочно розповісти про умови акції. Використовували як Gif-анімації, так і повноцінні відеоогляди з особою компанії.
Складність просування акційних кампаній полягала в тому, що в кожного регіонального представника ціни відрізнялися, тому не можна було давати конкретних цифр.
4. Робота над поліпшенням якості лідов
Для підвищення якості лідів розробили квіз із можливістю зібрати собі вікно: вибравши форму, профіль і колір. Після заповнення квіза користувач залишав свій номер на розрахунок вартості вікна. Таким чином якість заявок зросла на 20%.
Для збільшення конверсії у продаж також узяли на аудит дзвінки відділу продажів. Були знайдені систематичні помилки в обробці заявок, які вдалося усунути за допомогою наших рекомендацій.
Щотижня клієнт надсилав статистику за якістю лідів із розбивкою на аудиторії та креативи. Креативи, які давали хороші результати, але із низькою конверсією у продаж, вимикали або переробляли.

Social Media AdvertisingPrepared a case for comprehensive promotion of a B2B manufacturer of professional modular welding 3D tables D16 / D28 in Sweden and Finland.

Channels:

Main task:
Build a B2B lead generation system for an expensive industrial product, where search demand is very narrow but has high intent.
Google Ads strategy:
Google Ads was used to capture hot B2B demand. Campaigns were separated for Sweden and Finland. For Sweden, traffic was directed to the Swedish landing page, and for Finland — to the Finnish one.
English was turned off because it brought more expensive B2C clicks from hobbyists without a real production budget.
The semantics were divided into:
— competitor keywords;
— commercial queries;
— problem-based queries around metal deformation, accuracy, and geometry.
A Shopping / PMax campaign was also launched with a product feed and visible prices. The price in the ads filtered out garage craftsmen and left more business audience.
Google Ads results:
— website conversion to lead / request for quote: 4.2%;
— CPL: €45;
— 70% of leads were qualified by the sales department.
Meta Ads strategy:
Meta Ads was used for bottom-up B2B influence. In such products, the final decision is often made by the owner or production manager, but the initiator can be a welder or workshop master.
Creatives were built around technical welding content:
— video timelapse of frame assembly on a 3D table;
— demonstration of fixtures and clamps;
— contrast between a makeshift work surface and a professional modular table.
Ads led to a quiz / configurator:
"Calculate the cost of the table for your tasks in 4 steps."
In the quiz, the following was clarified:
— dimensions of the products;
— thickness of the metal;
— D16 or D28 system;
— country and city of delivery;
— working email and phone of the company.
Meta Ads results:
— CPL: €28;
— leads cheaper than in Google;
— some applications came through bottom-up mechanics: welders saw the ads, forwarded them to work chats, or showed them to the owner / production manager.
B2B nuances of Scandinavia:
For Sweden and Finland, delivery and trust were critically important. After adding a delivery calculator via DHL Freight / DSV to industrial zones, website conversion increased by 25%.
Trust blocks were also added:
— ISO certificates;
— information about European steel;
— warranty;
— durability;
— local service;
— technical specifications.
Overall results over 6 months:
— total budget: €18,000;
— leads / price requests received: 480;
— deals closed: 34;

Financial math:
€163,200 revenue / €18,000 advertising budget = ROAS 9.06x.
Every €1 of advertising budget brought approximately €9 in revenue.
Main conclusion:
In B2B with an expensive industrial product, one cannot rely solely on one channel. Google Ads captures hot demand, but it is limited. Meta Ads creates bottom-up influence and helps reach people who can initiate a purchase within the company.
Key linkage:

Social Media AdvertisingPrepared a case study on the use of TikTok Ads for complex B2B / SaaS products, where decisions are not made impulsively but depend on warming up, trust, the user's role in the company, and the correct next step.
The work covers 3 areas:

Main task:
To show how TikTok can work not only for B2C or mass products but also for B2B if the advertising is built around a professional pain point, native creative, and the right funnel.
Case 1 — B2B SaaS
Product: platform for automating internal logistics and procurement.
ACV: $12,000 / year.
Test budget: $5,000 / month.
A two-step funnel was built:
TikTok Video Views → audience 50% viewers → Lookalike 1–3% → landing page with an interactive calculator → Demo Request.
Creatives:
— Founder-led video: CEO explained a real logistics mistake of a large brand and showed how the system can prevent such problems.
— UGC from an expert: a buyer showed chaos in Excel and compared it to the clean interface of the SaaS platform.
Result:
— CTR increased from 0.4% to 1.85%;
— CPL for registration in the calculator: $32;
— CAC decreased from $150 to $87;
— CAC reduction: 42%.
Case 2 — industrial 3D tables and robotics
Product: modular welding systems, industrial 3D tables, and workstations.

TikTok Instant Forms were used to avoid losing leads due to slow mobile sites of industrial companies.
Targeting was built around interests and behaviors:

TikTok was used as a cheap Top of Funnel channel, while LinkedIn was used as a channel for closing enterprise leads.
Funnel:
TikTok Video Views → audience 75% viewers → LinkedIn retargeting → filter by positions CTO / VP Engineering / Head of IT → offer of a free cloud architecture audit.
Creative in TikTok:
An expert drew a cloud infrastructure diagram on a tablet and explained how companies can overpay AWS by up to 30% every month.
Result:
— CPM on TikTok was 8 times lower than on LinkedIn;
— conversion from click to lead on LinkedIn increased by 64%;
— campaign ROI increased by 230% compared to a cold launch only on LinkedIn.
Main conclusion:
TikTok Ads can work in B2B if you don't try to create "viral content for the sake of views" but build a system:
professional pain point → native creative → behavioral signal → correct next step → qualification → sale.
In these cases, TikTok played different roles:
— reduced CAC for SaaS;
— generated bottom-up leads for industrial B2B;
— warmed up the enterprise audience before LinkedIn.
Main principle:
TikTok can be a B2B channel if the creative is professional enough to filter out random audiences and specific enough to touch on real business pain.

Lead Generation & SalesTask: to bring target inquiries in Direct / Messenger and transform advertising not just into a source of messages, but into a stable channel for booking appointments with the master.
At the start, the main flow of clients for the tattoo studio came through Instagram, recommendations, and organic reach. The problem is typical for this niche: people actively respond to the works, but far from all are ready to actually book an appointment. Therefore, the focus was not on "more messages at any cost," but on the quality of inquiries.
… In the work, I built a campaign structure for several segments: local cold audience, interest-based audience, warm base from Instagram / Facebook, and retargeting those who had already interacted with the profile or advertisement. This allowed for a quicker understanding of which connections yielded better results and which merely wasted the budget.
Creatives were tested separately: photos of works, short videos, stories, and carousels with examples of tattoos. In communication, I emphasized what truly influences decisions in this niche: the style of work, the atmosphere of the studio, sterility, safety, individual approach, and the ability to book specific dates.
During the optimization process, audiences and ads that generated cheap but weak conversations were turned off, and those where people were ready to engage in substantive dialogue regarding sketches, costs, and bookings were retained.
Results over 30 days:

received 121 inquiries in Direct / Messenger

Conclusion
As a result, the advertising provided the tattoo studio not just with activity on the profile, but a clear system for attracting new clients through Meta Ads. The main result is not the number of random messages, but higher quality inquiries from people who were genuinely considering booking with the master.
