I was left dissatisfied with the collaboration. The task was simple - to copy information from a PDF document into a Google spreadsheet according to my provided example (I did the first 5 points myself). It started with the freelancer not being able (or not knowing) to properly open the PDF file; when I asked what program they were using to open it, the answer was "in Google." At that point, it would have been better to stop, really. During the execution, I made many comments because it was not done as described in the terms of reference and in my example. The next day, the performer simply wrote that they wouldn't be able to complete it and deleted all their work from the document.
