Apartment in Classical Style in Panorama
Interior Design
Here is the completion of the design of the apartment in the classic style in the JC Panorama.The project was complicated but very interesting.He was performed for nine months under the strict supervision of the author.The materials of decoration in the process of implementation have changed a little and differ from the project, but in general everything has been embodied within the framework of the approved concept.The process of implementation was slightly complicated and delayed as a result of the installation of the adjacent ventilation system and the very quality sound isolation of the apartment.The materials are modern and good, among the furniture items there are both elements of local production from well-proofed manufacturers and the import production of Italy.All components are organically united into a single whole, supplemented with appropriate decoration and textile.Initially, we were very disturbed by the fact that for a modern apartment with panoramic windows and premises of incorrect shape, the customer chose a classic style, which involves symmetry, brilliant design of windows with textile and straight-angle rooms, but as it turned out, this is not a barrier for the elegant classics.

The realization of this design project was carried out as close as possible to the intended concept, all efforts were made so that the interior for many years rejoiced its owners. In the interior of the apartment are used quality and environmentally clean materials. A large number of different types of lighting allows you to create a diverse atmosphere in the room both for a comfortable home dinner in the family and for guests. The monochrome tones used mainly in the room give it ease and air. In combination with bright accents, the living room looks fresh and elegant. The spacecraft of space is a painting in the form of an elephant applied on a tub. This strip gives the interior individuality and reflects the interests of its owners.

Apartment in Loft Style in the “Panorama”

The interior of the two-room apartment was created for a young man, while living alone, so we had the opportunity to create for him a bright and modern interior based only on his taste preferences. It was decided to create the most open space without corridors and narrow corridors. Thus it turned out that the first thing we see when we enter the apartment is the kitchen, so it became the main element of the space, setting the mood of the whole room. The island was united with the dining area and became the core of the room.
In addition to the common room in the apartment there is a separate bedroom with a spacious closet area.
The interior follows the style of the loft, but it doesn’t look cold and industrial, but rather comfortable and soulful due to the warm range of wall and floor decoration and warm lighting.

Apartment in Stalinka on Ul. of Vernadsky

The apartment was created for a modern young family with two children. For them they wanted to create a spacious common room for a joint time, and also to organize a personal space for each of the family members. For this, an interesting re-planning was done, resulting in which we got a large-scale kitchen-hotel, a bathroom with natural lighting and two living rooms. The apartment is made in the most bright tones, supplemented with juicy color accents, which makes it much brighter and spacious. In the interior, the Scandinavian motives are noticeable, everything is laconic, nothing extra, but at the same time quite comfortable and domestic. Modern lighting, environmental separation materials have been used, making the interior air, juice and harmonious.

The interior of this two-room apartment was created for a young independent girl.Based on the elegant, finite taste, as well as the wishes of the future owner of the apartment, we managed to realize a noble and elegant interior.The expressive feature of the apartment is a monochrome color range, creating an illusion of a large open space filled with pure light.Therefore, the living room - studio becomes multifunctional, while in the center is an island - a symbol of the home center for the resident of the apartment.The apartment is embodied with the idea of a comfortable workplace that would promote concentration, and at the same time was a place of inspiration.This area became a bright loggia with a beautiful view.Representing the dream of a modern girl, the bedroom has a spacious closet area.Thanks to the rational zone of the room preserved laconicity and freedom.In addition to the common room in the apartment there is a separate bedroom with a spacious closet area.The interior follows the style of the loft, but it doesn’t look cold and industrial, but rather comfortable and soulful due to the warm range of wall and floor decoration and warm lighting.

Residents of the apartment are an active young family with two children. The main wishes in the design of the interior were the convenience of the planning solution, modern design of the interior, quality separation materials, the laconicity of the shapes and a lot of light. The kitchen-hotel became very spacious, from the entrance zone it is separated by a stylish decorative crossing of wooden brushes. The owner of the apartment is a creative nature, supplementing the interiors with its own abstract works, which have become bright and unusual accents. The decoration of the apartment is an interesting description of the hall - a stylized lakonic landscape. Each room is made in a certain color range and reflects the character of its inhabitants. In the decoration of the apartment are combined decorative piece, paint, 3D panels.

The design was designed for a modern family with three children. Each room individually according to the design and color range and reflects the character and needs of its inhabitants. Light air bedroom, bright living children's room, presenting halls and living room and of course attractive kitchen views. In all rooms, individual furniture is developed and stylistically suitable lamps and decorations are selected. In these interiors, a successful mix of styles, factures and colors is observed, the atmosphere of the house reflects the openness and positivity of its owners.

The design of the office of the large IT company was developed for two branches located in the cities of Kiev and Dnepr. Among the rooms developed were both large spaces for recreation and games, as well as very small literally 2-3 m2 spaces, which were converted into individual negotiating rooms. The task was to make bright and individual even the smallest rooms, equip them with comfortable lighting and furniture. Each room traces its own idea and color range, the design of the rooms corresponds to its purpose.

The development of the design of this hospitality with very pleasant hosts began at the end of 2016, the design was completed in a short time, which is usually required in the development of commercial facilities. In this interior it was necessary to support national stylism, without overloading the space with wooden structures and abundance of details and, among all other things, to enter the budget. The main complexity in working over the interior was the excessively large area of glass, thus the textile curtain became an accent element, which was supplemented with original textile abjurs of handmade work. Detailed colour range, furniture and decor. Together with this, a convenient layout of the tables and the possibility of transforming the hall for different needs - large and small banketts, spiritual family diners and business chains.
