It’s hard to write a comment in this situation.
The quality of the work cannot be assessed because it is not performed.
Professionalism - 4 out of 10, in the process of communication I realized that this freelancer is "not foolish", there is knowledge and skill, but unfortunately they found not enough to perform this project! Per he would have done it, but it is unknown in what time.... initially we expected to invest in two weeks, a maximum of a month... ultimately two months have passed since the start of the work, but unfortunately the project has never been brought to a logical completion.
As for letters and answers to questions, Ernest comes out to contact, but again, unfortunately, sometimes his answer had to wait for a few days, or even more!
I had no bad impression in general, but yet, OK, the work was not done and two months later we were forced to close the project as "not done".
