The problem was that the new addresses of the goods looked like:

Not this way:
… /kava-vid-shefa/tanzania-iyenga/
This is because in robots.txt there was the following rule
Disallow: *?route=*
It is forbidden to index new goods.
The solution is to set the friendly URL in the OpenCart Admin Panel.
