    … Implemented a mechanism for synchronizing real estate from the internal CRM system Ligapro to the website via XML feeds. This allows realtors to add, update, and delete properties in one system, automatically displaying current data on the website.
    Application submission system:
    Developed an integrated application form on the website that allows clients to leave inquiries about real estate properties.
    Automatic notification via Telegram bot:
    Data from the application form is automatically forwarded to the Telegram bot, providing convenient and quick notifications to realtors about new inquiries.
    Favorites system: Implemented functionality for adding properties to a favorites list, enhancing user convenience for clients.
    Currency conversion:
    Added the ability to view prices in different currencies (UAH, USD, EUR) with automatic recalculation at the current exchange rate.
    Light and dark themes:
    Implemented a switch between light and dark interface themes, considering user preferences.
    Responsive interface:
    The website is fully adapted for various devices — desktops and mobile devices, ensuring comfortable use for all clients.
    The project is currently in the development and testing stage, as the company has not yet opened. Below is a link to the template/prototype demonstrating functionality and integrations. The final project will also have an admin panel for managing priority sales.
