    Lead Generation & Sales
    The business owner has a website that generates potential clients (leads).

    The task of the business is to hire the necessary number of employees during the berry season. The business owner did not actively manage social media. The only source of paid traffic was advertising on the Facebook platform.

    The goal of the promotion is to attract targeted traffic to a one-page website (landing page) that would allow users to submit an application.

    At the beginning of the collaboration, the following actions were taken:

    1. Analyzed the advantages of the business, the value we can offer to our potential client. Conducted an analysis of the landing page.

    2. Conducted a detailed analysis of the target audience, including their desires, needs, motivations, barriers, views, and stereotypes, and segmented them.

    3. Researched the advertising strategies of competitors, as well as the ways they communicate with the audience and the formats of creatives they use.

    Based on the obtained data, we developed an advertising strategy, hypotheses for testing, offers, created creatives and texts. Set up the technical parameters of Facebook Pixel and verified the domain.

    - Number of leads: 140
    - Cost per lead: $3.27
    - Total expenses: $457.24
    - Click-through rate of creatives: 0.81%
    - Number of clicks: 3,207
    - Conversion of website visitors to applications: 4.36%

    - 268 comments under advertising posts (inquiries about jobs, registration, cost, etc.)
    - 143 conversations in Messenger and Direct (i.e., people after viewing/clicking our ad (in the attribution window) came to our page and wrote to us independently.

    The sales and communication department processed leads, comments, and inquiries in Direct and Messenger that came through our advertising.

    The testing lasted 6 weeks, and during this time we were able to find the necessary number of employees for our client.

    The business owner requested that the income and conversion per employee remain confidential.
