Despite the visual conciseness of the layout, the development process revealed a number of technical nuances and inaccuracies in the design. To achieve the perfect result, we analyzed and adapted the interface, making justified adjustments. This allowed us to ensure maximum compliance of the visual component and functionality with modern development standards.

I acted as Team Lead in my first team project, coordinating the work of a group of 9 developers. The main challenge was the tight deadlines — we had only 7 days to implement a full solution.
Key achievements and areas of responsibility:
Team and resource management: I distributed tasks, monitored deadlines, and ensured synchronization of the work of all participants.

Crisis management: When two participants faced technical difficulties, I redistributed the workload within the team. This allowed us not only to complete their work blocks but also to maintain the overall development pace.
Technical problem-solving: At the initial stage, we encountered difficulties in setting up the Vite build tool. Thanks to joint efforts and technical analysis, the problem was promptly resolved, laying a stable foundation for further development.
Finalization and Code Review: At the final stage, I coordinated the process of "closing tails" and refactoring to ensure the final product met the established requirements.
Result:
Despite technical challenges and limited time, the team demonstrated high resilience. The project was delivered on time. For me, this experience became a valuable lesson not only in process management but also in the ability to adopt best practices from talented colleagues, which strengthened my technical and managerial background.
