The company invited me to develop a new online marketing course, since the previous version of the course did not give the desired results to the participants. During the study of the indicators and the current version, I saw that improvements can already be obtained by changing the course structure - changing the sequence of modules and lessons, removing "excessive" lessons. As a result, the income rate before the completion of the study (COR) increased by 17%. Here it is important to note that for the company such improvement did not cost additional resources – it was my initiative to show how methodology and literary approach work.
