I found an artist to make a site and put it on joomla, read good reviews, wrote to Vladimir in telegram, he immediately responded, sent me links to the sites he did - I liked it, described the situation to him, how to make a site and set it up on joomla, showed psd layouts, painted tz.
We agreed on a deadline of 6 days, on the amount, Vladimir offered to work or 50% prepayment or a safe through a personal project, I subconsciously chose a safe (for the first time I check a negative experience).
I paid for the patronage and, as I thought, the "work" began, on the 6th day (the end of the patronage) - Vladimir wrote that he did not have time to finish and asked to extend the patronage for two days. I asked to show the progress of the work, what has been done at the moment, at least html | css, to which I received the answer "I'll show it a little later in the evening, now it's being worked on."
I went to meet the man, extended the patronage for three days.
After neither in the evening of that day, nor three days later, when the patronage ended again, Vladimir did not get in touch, I don’t even know if he did the work at all, or pretended to do it.
The person just disappeared, he has all my contacts, including a personal phone, I have his telegrams - to no avail, he doesn’t answer for four days, and then he doesn’t answer personal messages for several days.
There is a tab "Results of the work performed (up to 3 files)", and I have nothing to attach even screenshots of the work, since the performer showed me absolutely nothing either during the work or after, except perhaps the correspondence in telegrams with promises "do not worry, I'll show you everything later."
12 days have passed since the conclusion of the transaction with the performer, the last five of which the person does not get in touch.
