The laboratory examined the basic theoretical positions of the functioning of the banking sector, the analysis of the basic indicators of the activities of the banking sector of Ukraine, the basic orientations of the development of the functioning of the banking sector and the main ways of the improvement of the domestic banks in the process of reformation.The objective of the study is the process of functioning the domestic banking sector in the conditions of reform.The subject of the study is the peculiarities of reforming and ways of improving the functioning of the banking sector of Ukraine.The goal of the diploma robot is to identify the characteristics of the functioning of the domestic banking sector in the conditions of reform.The tasks of the robots are to define theoretical and methodological principles of functioning and reforming the banking sector of Ukraine; to identify the place of the banking sector in the financial and economic system of Ukraine; to investigate the role of the National Bank of Ukraine as a regulator on the banking market; to analyze the structural components of the banking sector of Ukraine; to investigate the structure of the banking sector; to evaluate the forms and principles of banking supervision; to investigate the problems of functioning the banking sector of the country in the conditions of reforming; to identify the main directions of the reform and their influence on the banking sector of Ukraine; to develop ways to improve the functioning of the banking sector of Ukraine and their relations with the EBRD.The results may be used in the determination of the strategic orientations for the development of the banking sector of Ukraine in the conditions of reform.

Management of Public Finance in Modern Conditions
Over the last few years, negative processes in the economy are increasing, financial instability is increasing, relations between the regions and the center are worsening, investment activity is reduced, unemployment is increasing.The crisis in the financial sector is caused not only by errors in the economy, but also by the weakening of its state management.The recognition of the characteristics of the system of management of public finances and the search for the pathways of its perfection must provide rational placement and effective use of state funds.The process of defining and viocreening of public finances as a combination of state and local finances in the unification of state and communal forms of ownership, which responds to the world's trends.It is important to find such forms of interoperability of state and local finances, for which the financial autonomy of the local government will be guaranteed and the efficiency of the management of public finances will be secured, especially with regard to the process of decentralization.This process was aimed at removing the shortcomings regarding the formation, distribution and redistribution of public funds between state and local budgets, with the autonomy of the last.Also important remains the question of the implementation of electronic governance, which prevents a change in the philosophy of the state management, the development of a new legislative base, adapted to international documents and which must provide the ease of use and control of the planning of public finances in the conditions of decentralization.
