I provided video instructions regarding the task. It was necessary to go into the mobile app and search for potential clients from there. Kateryna didn't even listen to the video, although she said she listened and started simply filling the database from nowhere with some people. Not from the app. After a week, she realized that something was wrong. She took a day to fix it and again started adding anyone randomly without attention. Although the task was to work with potential clients whose last name starts with the letter B. I gave a chance to fix it, but this is some kind of total inattentiveness. I lost a week of time! And I got a simulation of work. Not recommended.
