The task is to make corrections on the website according to the SEO audit conducted by external specialists:
- Remove non-working links ending with xmlrpc.php, feed, as well as shortlinks.
- Correct the link to the canonical version of the homepage.
… - Further improve the website loading speed.
- Add an H1 header to each page of the website.
- Eliminate multiple 301 redirects.
Also, add a Facebook pixel.
The work began with creating a backup of the website just in case.
To eliminate non-working links to pages ending with xmlrpc.php, new directives were added to the .htaccess file. Non-working links to feeds were removed using the Disable Feeds WP plugin. Shortlinks were redirected to the homepage by installing and configuring the Remove Links and Scripts plugin.
The link to the canonical version of the homepage was corrected in the custom page editor of WordPress.
To further speed up the website, images on all pages were additionally compressed. The visual quality remained unchanged.
Despite the fact that visually each page of the website had a header, code analysis showed that H1 was missing. The problem arose due to the page layout in the custom theme, where page titles were not assigned the H1 tag. Changes to the page template were made using the built-in theme editor in WordPress. The necessary tag was added to the headers.
Multiple redirects were eliminated by adjusting links in the theme files. The built-in theme editor in WordPress was also used for this.
The client provided guest access to the Facebook Ads account. We added the website there and also obtained the Facebook pixel code. The code was added to the website using the Head & Footer Code plugin.

The page is filled with content developed by us and images from the client in their corporate style. The loading speed in Google Page Speed is 81 on mobile devices and 91 on PCs.
The page displays correctly and functions on screens of any size and on any operating systems.
… The site has implemented the ability to leave a request to contact a company representative through a pop-up feedback form. There is content that well describes the company's activities, its products, as well as customer reviews. The content is nicely designed and easy to read.

Optimization of loading speed for Art Records

The task is to maximize the website loading speed according to Google PageSpeed Insights as much as possible without losing website functionality. Before contacting us, the loading speed on mobile devices was 69, and on computers – 83.
Before starting the work, a backup of the website was created just in case.
… The website previously had the WP Fastest Cache Premium plugin installed, which performs page caching and should have increased speed. However, Google PageSpeed Insights reported issues specifically with the cache. After reviewing the plugin settings, they were changed, which positively affected the loading speed.
Additionally, the Autoptimize plugin was installed, which optimizes script loading. This also added speed to the website.
The website is hosted in Ukraine. The hosting control panel has tools for additional caching, which were also enabled and properly configured. To optimize cache performance, special rules for processing cached items and cache lifetime were manually added.
All images on the website were converted to .webp format using a third-party service. Due to the custom theme, it was not possible to use an automatic plugin for this. The images were further compressed, allowing their weight to be reduced by more than 50% without losing quality.
As a result of these manipulations, the website speed increased. On mobile devices, it is now 86, and on computers – 93.
To remove the language switcher for the website version, its settings were changed. The switcher is displayed by the Polylang Pro plugin.
To update the prices for services on the website pages, the custom theme editor was used. The client received a video tutorial with a detailed description of how to do this independently.
To update the links to Telegram, the custom theme editor was also used. Changes were also needed in the theme files.
For editing content on the "Terms of Use" page, the custom theme editor was used.
At the end, the client received a report with a detailed description of each stage of work and answers to additional questions.

As a result of the work, a multi-page resume website was created. The design meets the client's wishes – a strict and businesslike style. The site features images and texts provided by the client. There are the following pages:

- resume – work experience, education, personal qualities.
To protect the site from hacking attempts, the WPS Limit Login plugin was installed and properly configured. To prevent potential spam messages from the feedback form, the Google Recaptcha protection system was connected and configured.
Training materials on basic content management on the site were provided at the client's request in the form of text step-by-step instructions with screenshots.
