Freelancer did the work quite quality, but on a few pictures there were quotes. He asked to fix, but the artist missed somewhere... He doesn’t answer the letters, and he doesn’t even read them.
How to be I don’t know. On the one hand, the work is practically done, on the other hand, it is not done.

I worked quickly, quality, and offered an interesting option in which I took into account my requests and wishes. The result was better than expected. At the upgrading stage I made a fairly long list of my "translations" , they mainly concerned the selection of photos from my photo album. All translations were done clearly, to the smallest details, I showed interest and the work was good, interesting and matched with my idea of the necessary rolling.
On a scale from 1 to 10, I would put 10. All requirements are clearly met.
