Liza is very pleasant to communicate with, willing to make adjustments, and works well, responding positively to requests to change something even if it does not match the basic terms of reference. From a visual standpoint, I would like to see more professionalism. Perhaps it's just a lack of experience because I have to ask her to do things that usually experienced designers understand on their own (for example, aligning elements for proper composition or making a light background for the part of the flyer where something will be written). The portfolio is of a higher level than the actual work of the performer.
