The new implemented project by Yunakov Architecture & Design - "House in the Style of Wright" The most difficult task set to us was to catch the stylism and proportions of the great architect F.L. by RITA.
One of the main principles of Wright’s architecture is the “pressed” roof volume of the house, due to which the height of the floor seems very low and the house has a clearly expressed horizontal composition.

Interior Design

Apartment in the center of Kiev. It was designed for a young family with two children. The planning decision divided the small apartment into two areas: public and private. In the public area entered: hall, kitchen and living room. And the personal bedrooms with a sandwich and a washroom are functionally separated from the guests. Such a decision gave the opportunity to prevent unwanted people in the private zone of the owners. Customers wanted to get a strict minimalism, and the package of documents "building". To carry out repairs with its brigade of builders and contractors.

The pavilion for showing the upper clothes, which took place in the "Mysterious Arsenal". Simple design, minimal cost of implementation, maximum efficiency - these were the basic principles for design. The stylish and restrained atmosphere of the pavilion, highlighted the strict and fashionable silhouettes of the young designer's dresses, which allowed him to get high judgment ratings.

According to the planning scheme, the house is divided into two areas: public and personal. The public area includes a stone hall, kitchen, summer patio, summer kitchen, bathroom. Individual rooms and offices are located. Independent type of heating system on a multi-fuel boiler, duplicated by an electric boiler. Diesel generator as a reserve system of electricity in the home.

A three-storey building in the historic centre of the city. After that, the possibility was made to make the interior yard closed atrium accessible only to the employees and guests of the corporation.

It performs a recreational role. The entrance group is organized inside the arc pass, which was before a space of an open outer urban environment.

… The pavilion of the conforum is an adjustment to the first floor, from which you can see the recreational space in the hall of the building. In this regard, an interesting and not ordinary atmosphere appeared, a memorable, original image, which emphasizes the firm approach in working with customers.

Despite the non-standardity of the architectural and planning solution, it is technologically easy to perform and functionally expands the scheme of the use of the area of the building.
