I think the freelancer has deceived me. I took the project into work. I said I would do the maximum in one day. I took it on Friday. In the end, he moved the site to himself to the host (although he was not asked about it). He showed how hard he was working with him at the host. Then he asked for money. I said I would give money after I was convinced that we would fly the same way. The man first took the German WPS, sat for a day, said he can’t do it and there was a mistake. The Russian UPS was taken. The same situation. As a result, the man was completely missing with the ends, although he knew how critical it was for the time. I spent 3 days on this subject, it's good that even the money of the whole remains. I do not highly recommend the work. Not a compulsory type, so probably even a scammers.
