In Figma, I developed 1 page, which was ultimately used as a template for transferring to the project.

The task was to rethink the design created 2–3 years ago in order to bring the project in line with modern visual trends. The performer did an excellent job! A fresh, cohesive image was created from scratch, while managing to preserve the original spirit of the project, ensuring a smooth transition from the old design to the new.

I especially want to note the approach to research, where the performer carefully studied the provided references, competitor analysis, and my comments on the project vision. The work proceeded calmly and without delays, the performer was always in touch and willingly listened to feedback.

Another my surprise, almost at the end of the project’s implementation, was that the designer used free distances.To understand the criticality of that, then the internal distances of the item could be different, I’m not talking about the fact that the distances between the elements on the site are different everywhere.For example, the container of the site made with downs on the sides of 14.78ph and 15.22ph.When the executive asked on which principle the withdrawals were presented, she said the following: "Thanksful, there were no claims on withdrawals in the TZ."I don’t know how to describe my state then, but softly I was surprised because I met this practice for the first time.I can’t yet understand how the execution, which is the first in the “Design of Interfaces” rankings, can afford such unclear work to customers to do.And yet the executor, said that the equal distances in the project, then my remake (this is her direct quote: "There is a technical task.It is technical to indicate in this file the requirements for technical performance.The specificity of work - is TZ, according to it and we perform, if TZ is not - then I ask the necessary questions and the form of TZ independently.Discharge is a "promotion" and not something mandatory, and the customer must indicate this.)

In the specificity of the project the executor was not very successful and did only what they say that generated additional directions because the designer did not understand the task from the point of view of the product (critical such interfaces were 2-3, but it was clear that there was no attempt to break down in the product.The need for a break in the product should have been prescribed to her in the tz).The designer did not show any initiative either.I did to do and get the money (I was constantly pointed out that the deadlines of the project are up to the end and it should be promptly sent to it)


The executor does not differentiate the "additional" directions, from the directions that are formed from unfairly done (or unfairly done to the end) work and will tell you that you will remove it with endless corrections.

Исполнитель явно талантливый, при небольшом повышении квалификаций могла бы создавать отличные проекты на международный рынок, а таких дизайнеров тут мало, на пальцах одной руки сосчитать. Однако прогресс становится невозможным, как и долгосрочное сотрудничество, так как выработка отношений невозможна с человеком, в дизайне это важный элемент, контакт, разговор и тп. Так что рекомендовать к большим проектам не могу, хоть и квалификаций хватает, а вот к небольшим, одноразовым в сам раз.
